I cannot open the mail app. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Since today, when I click on the mail app, nothing happens, it doesnt load!

Have you tried clicking on it in the Dock and in the Applications folder?

You will need to contact the app developer if your having problems with a 3rd paty app. See if they have a support forum.

My wishlist is not working in the app store on my ipad it is woking fine in itunes store so i can add films and music but the icon "add to wish list" is not available on the app store so does anyone know how to fix this
The wish list only works on apps you have to pay for. To get it tap the icon of the app you want to save. After it opens at the upper right corner is a box with a arrow. Tap that then tap add to wish list list in the box that opens.

Hello, I just activated another iphone4 on my account and it is now linked to my other iphone. If I delete a contact on one it deletes it on the other. Does anyone know how to fix?
One of the phones can keep the current account; on the one that will be moving go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The other phone will not be effected by this.) Next, set up a new iCloud account on this phone using a different Apple ID and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to this new account. At this point you will have two different iCloud accounts, one for each phone, with identical data on them.
You will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the unwanted data (such as deleting the original phone's contacts from the new phone's account, and vice versa). These changes will be reflected on each phone. -
My daughters friend changed her password on her ipod touch and can't remember the password and when she guesses and gets it wrong, it disables her ipod. Does anyone know how to fix this problem??
You'll need to connect it to the iTunes library you normally sync it with and restore it. If iTunes asks you for this passcode before it will let you proceed, connect the iPod to iTunes in recovery mode instead using the instructions in this Apple support document.

I am having a problem accessing Bupers Online on OS X Mountain Lion. I get an error that says Safari cant establish a secure connection with Bupers Online. Does anyone have any tips to access Bupers?
I don't use CAC certificates, but since updating to 10.9.3, I too am getting the same error, BUT only with some HTTPS sites (e.g., https://webmail.pairlite.com), not all. Meanwhile, Firefox (was 12.0, now 29.0.1) connects with no issue.
I too have verified date/time is set automatically, checked for (and fixed) disk integrity errors and permissions, and rebooted, all to no avail.

Well...heck. Tried accessing the problematic site via the Guest account, and that WORKED. So...back to the drawing board. -
Hi, I am looking for assistance on how to reset the passcode on my ipad. It is asking for a passcode & then I enter what I thought it was and it doesn't accept & disables the ipad for 15 mins. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated ast the call centre is currently closed. Thanks Peter

If you have forgotten your Restrictions code, then follow the instructions
below but DO NOT restore any previous backup. If you do then you will

A Complete Guide to Restore or Recover Your iDevice (if You Forget Your Passcode)
If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). I am using imovie 09 and when I try to play the scenes from my hd camcorder the video freezes then audio freezes and the play bar keeps going with no video or audio. How Can I fix this??? PLEASE HELP!
Up front I would say the short answer is "no"... but the long answer is "sort of".
Replicators are part of the Fractal "arsenal" and Motion definitely has those, but I think you would be very hard pressed to come anywhere near the type of fractal imaging as in the Electric Sheep example.
I was able to squeeze the following out of Motion (the base element is a simple square), but by the time it got this far, Motion wouldn't play faster than about 1 frame every 5 or so seconds. At a certain point, you end up having to render movie files in order to see it in action (and that took Motion about 8 minutes for a 12 second project [09 iMac i7].) [If you're interested, I posted a short video of these here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l6Fe_ydfAss. The segments are longer than 12 seconds each because these are designed to loop @12 seconds and each one was looped more than once.]

If you have a faster mac than mine, you might be able to do more than this... and you really don't have access to the Maths that fractal apps have, so depending on your creativity for devising the "root" motif element you may (or may not) be disappointed in what Motion has to offer (it *will* try your patience!) If you would like to experiment anyway, I will explain some of the techniques I used for the above (which are, at best, rudimentary!) Once you get the basics down, you should be able to take off in your own directions.

This didn't happen until yesterday night after I updated to Firefox 3.6. So now I have to resort to right clicking then choosing to open a new tab from there.

My iPad2 will not clear the volume icon from the screen no matter what I do. I've reset the ipad and nothing I do will make that icon go away and I can no longer control the volume. Am I missing something here, or does this warrant a trip to the Apple store?
The volume icon on the screen means that the pad thinks you are pressing the volume rocker on the side. Make sure that it is not being pressed by a case, or a dent, or anything else. Make sure it rocks back and forth freely without getting stuck.
If it moves freely, and if you have already done a full reboot, then a trip to the store may be in order. -
I just got a new white iphone 4. When I try to take a video using the camera app, there is only a muffled sound. I never had this problem with my old iphone. I tried to restore it and that didn't help. I checked over all of the settings. Does anyone know how to fix this?? Thanks for any help you can offer!
There is a good possibility that your trimming of the SIM card could have damaged it some way. If the SIM was working in the old phone, then you cut it and the first new phone didn't work and now this phone doesn't work, it leads me to believe it has to do with the SIM card or the account. You are sure there is no problem with the account. Did you check with the provider when you got the iPhone 4 to make sure there was no problem with the account when you could not send or receive SMS? Why can't you just get a micro-sim? The iPhone should have come with one when you purchased it.The iPhone 4 is designed for a micro-sim. I don't believe this is a hardware problem unless the phone has been hacked or modified in some manner.

Converting JPEG files to DNG in Lightroom
Is there any advantage to converting JPEG files to DNG when I import them into Lightroom? I am trying to maintain the quality of the file. Would it be better to save a JPEG file as a PSD file after I import it to use it in Photoshop and Lightroom?
