I cannot open youtube videos to full screen after updateding flash to the latest version (11. something) HELP! youtube says it is adobe's problem

Finally, sometimes video and audio problems are caused at a lower level and not directly related to Flash Player. I recommend trying both of the links below to see how they perform. If the problem exists with both, then Flash Player is most likely not the culprit as the HTML5 video link does not use Flash Player when playing. You can verify the use of HTML5 by right clicking the HTML5 video and looking for the words "About HTML5" at the bottom of the context menu.

Chrome has its own Flash Player Plugin ("PepperFlash"). It works independent of the ActiveX Flash Player Plugin in IE.
See:ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer to make sure that ActiveX controls aren't blocking ANY feature that Flash Player can access.
If that fails, I'd recommend moving to Firefox, as Chrome is an extreme rexource hog and will eventually grind your system to a halt if you get enough tabs open. -

I have an iMac11.2 and am running Mac OS 10.6.8. I have not had a problem viewing videos until the past week or so. Now I cannot view videos on my news, facebook or in email messages at all. A message pops up in the window that says "Blocked plug-in". I have downloaded the latest version of Flash Player for which it asks and still no luck. Can anyone here help me with this? Thank you. After downloading the latest version of iTunes, the store will not load. It appears as if it has loaded, but the screen remains blank.
I have the same problem and have been fighting with it for several days. I think the last thing that I did before this happened was to let Quicktime update itself. When I open itunes and click on store, the connecting bar gets halfway and then stops. That leaves me with the white store page, if I leave it alone for a bit, I see words as in names of singers and but no pictures.
I have ran the diagnostics and see no problems at all, no event logs in windows, no errors at all. I've un-installed itunes and re-installed but no change. I'm using Norton 360 from comcast. I have windows 7 pro 64 bit. Also, the help in itunes doesn't display.
I put in a ticket with apple and the response I got back basically told me to do what I've already done. I created a new user and have the same issue.
Any help at all will be very much appreciated. I think this started August. 8, 2011.

When I opened my itunes, it told me to download the latest version, so I clicked "Ok". Now i don't have itunes on my computer at all anymore. And it won't let me re-install it. What happened???
I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4). Before I upgrades to your latest version I was able to display many websites at the same time in the tool bar at the top of my screen. Now I can only display one at a time and it is extremely annoying.

I just got my macbook pro today. I went to youtube to watch a video, but it told me that i needed to install flash. I followed the link and installed it, and despite the fact that it told me that is installed successfully, I still am not able to watch youtube videos because i am "still missing" flash.

What gives? I cannot get track names to appear on recently burned cd's. Just downloaded latest version of iTunes. I'm at a total loss. Have Googled- tried several things to no avail.
Go to the iTunes folder (it is in Music folder) and do this:

2. Delete "iTunes Library.itl". Then, open iTunes again and it should work -
As stated above. I need to upload pictures to my business website but now my upload box is just saying incompatable plug in. I wish I had never installed Lion as I was happy with my mac on its origional OS, I only installed it as my Java had disappeared and I was instructed on the java page that to upload the latest verion of Java I needed to upgrade to Lion. I am really not happy as I now cannot do the job on my mac that I bought the mac to do the job on. Please help. Is it possible to uninstall Lion without buggering up my mac and going back to my origional OS. I am on safari. Not even sure which version of Lion I have downloaded so I am sure you can tell I am not a teccy

After downloading the latest flash player as requested, I still cannot see videos on websites.
I have been trying to watch videos on some websites and I have downloaded the latest version of flash player as requested and I still cannot watch the videos...I get the same message that I need to download the latest version of flashplayer.
Thanks for posting back. If disabling hardware acceleration resolves the problem, you might be able to update your video drivers and re-enable it for better performance.

AFTER DOWNLOADING THE LATEST VERSION OF ITUNES, I CAM GETTING AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT. MSVCR80.DLL WAS NOT FOUND. UNABLE TO LOCATE COMPONENT. BEFORE I REMOVE THIS VERSION AND TRY TO RELOAD AGAIN, JUST WANTED TO BE SURE I WOULDN'T LOSE ALL 200 PURCHASED SONGS ON MY PC.
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
