I cannot re-install IOS pages on my iPhone 5s.
I had IOS Pages installed when I first got my new 5s, but I un-installed it and Keynote to manage space. I recently just re-installed Keynote, but Pages in the App Store is indicating that I need to buy it. Help.
Has your Apple ID changed since you installed the first version?
Two other thoughts:
1. If you click "Updates" in the App Store (lower right), then "Puchased", can you find it there?
2. Pages should be free when you try to purchase it from the iPhone 5S' App Store (unless you did something like change Apple ID since buying the 5S).

After I have wait for 30 minutes without do anything, the wifi interface worked.
I don't know if Apple could fix the issue on their site or the reboot of the Iphone solved the problem.
I'm installing IOS 6 on the Iphone 4 of my wife. Let's see if the behaviour is the same.

Please help.... I installed iOS 6 on my iphone 4g & it stuck on white screen.... i tried to "reboot" by holding the 2 buttons for 10 seconds & it didn't come back to life.... i connected to itunes & tried that route.... said "detected an iphone in recovery mode...must restore...before used w/ itunes...." soooooo i clicked ok & restore..... then about 15 mins later i received error message that said "...cannot be restored...unknown error occurred (37)".... ........ I remembered that I had connected to iCloud a while back so I tried that route..... while I was looking & searching for how to fix & what to do on google....my phone seems to have died... it won't do anything now... not even the white screen...... I am sooooo new at this... I don't know how or what to do w/ iCloud or if it can even help right now..... Is there anyone that can help??... please

After installing IOS 6 on my iphone 4, why is my camera taking purple pictures?
Immediately after installing IOS 6 on my iphone 4 on 9/22/12, when I attempt to use any of my phone apps, everything is colored in purple tint (see attached image). This includes taking video as well. If I flip the camera to the self facing camera, the purple goes away. This only happens on the front facing camera. I've tried googling this issue and cannot find anyone else complaining about this. Any ideas???
So, now I'm starting to feel like I'm the one and only lucky SOB to have this purple issue. For anyone who reads this, some more detail. Since posting this thread, I did a full reset from my iphone and that did not resolve the issue. Then, last night I did a full system restore from itunes which took about 4 hours and that didn't solve it either.
After all this, I started thinking that perhaps there's something wrong with the lens hardware but yesterday for approx 3 full seconds, the camera was normal then there was a stutter and it went purple again. Sounds like a software issue, so I'm really baffled why a system restore wouldn't cure this. Ugh! -

Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.

First I would try closing the app from multitasking and then launching it again. To do that, double tap the Home button and then swipe up on the app to close it completely. If that does not work, then I would restart your iPhone.

Recreate Error: On a Iphone/Ipad device that has "already" created the maximum of 3 per device Apple limit of ICloud account creation attempt to create or login to ICloud service tab in Settings. You will be presented with "com.apple.appleaccount error 403" which does not tell the laymen anything useful.
Cause: IOS 7 reports a "best guess" error instead of detailed error explanation.
How To Resolve Error: Find a device that has not been used to create an ICloud account the maximum 3 times and use it to create the ICloud account by logging into the Settings/ICloud tab with the Apple ID you want a ICloud account created for.
Keep in mind this will use up one of the three lifetime allowed ICloud account creations allowed by Apple on that device.
Also per support: If an existing account is logged into the ICloud service. A. Backup phone using iTunes on a mac/pc. B. At bottome of Settings/ICloud Delete the account "AND" all the user date from the phone. It will offer the Delete all data option. The reason for Deletion(and is why we backed up on a pc vs. the cloud) is when you create the new ICloud account it will backup all of the Device owners information to the wrong persons account.
Once you have created the new ICloud account log into that account on device that was presenting error: "com.apple.appleaccount error 403" it should allow the ICloud login.
Once you have verified the "device with error" is ICloud functional delete the ICloud account from the device used to seed the ICloud account and delete again all user data from cloud. Restore the recently created mac/pc Itunes locally created backup to the phone and then go to Settings/ICloud and login with the device owners Apple ID and password and verify your backup to the ICloud settings and Eureka! your done.
It took less time to do that for me to type this lol. -
When i delete photos from photo stream in iphoto .. The pictures are still there on my iphone's photo stream. They are both connected to the same i cloud account.. And i cannot update to ios 5.1 on iphone.. Any help ??

Yes, you have to connect the iPod to that computer and go to the Photos pane for the iPod in iTunes and uncheck sync photos and the click on synce/apply. In the future do not check sync photos.

Contnue to use the commpn ID/account for Settings>iTunes and App stores. -

When installing ios 6 on my iPhone 4S, I was having problems with my password for iCloud. So I declined to activate iCloud (and Facebook, and Twitter, and FaceTime), thinking that I would be able to activate later. But I do not find any way of going back. How can it be done?

Alain FDo you have an iCloud account established? If not, go to www.icloud.com and create an account for yourself then go back to your phone and try again.

Note that it was previously on an old ios4 hardware.
I downloaded ios7, and it started installing it via wi-fi 3 hours ago.
Unfortunatelly it seems stuck halfway through.
