I cannot reply to an email if in account other than default.

Help please! My iphone settings seem to be exactly the same and I have no issue. When I hit reply to an email in an account that is not the default account it tells me "Cannot send mail...check the settings for the outgoing servers in Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calenders" Again, same outgoing server as on my iphone but can't do it with Ipad.

Fixed it. deleted the account and set it up again. Still don't know what was going on. Tried that before and did not work....whatever.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

The suggestion above is for MailBoxes on the Mac in the mail app and have nothing at all to do with the iPad. I think that you are asking about the iPad mail app.
You need to have an IMAP email account in order to create additional mailboxes on the iPad.
If you go to your email account in the Mail app and look at the window where your inbox, trash folder and sent folder are - if there is an Edit button at the top of the window - tap that and then tap Add Mailbox at the bottom.
If the Edit button is not there - you cannot create folders on the iPad. Your email account is not IMAP. Only IMAP email accounts can create folders on the iPad. Any folders that you would already have in an IMAP account would sync to the device as well.

Cannot perform rounding for invoices with a currency other than the documen

Hi all,
I need some one to help me
I want to process the incoming payment.
The AR Invoice is using USD
In Incoming Payment i want to pay using SGD,
I already set the BP in all currency
I also set the Bank account in Bank transfer payment mean in all currency.
But when i add the document i saw the message like this
"Cannot perform rounding for invoices with a currency other than the document currency. [Message 3524-31]"
What should i do ?

Is the any special setting for this issue?

I have two email accounts set up on my BlackBerry. A gmail account and a college email account. Since my college email account is forwarded to my Gmail, I activated the option on my BlackBerry that says "If no filters apply, don't forward to device" but didn't add any filters. This way, I don't get email duplicates on my BlackBerry but I can still send emails through my college account from my BlackBerry.
I tested this and it worked, however, when someone replies to an email sent from my college email account (which I receive on my BlackBerry through the Gmail account) it will only let me reply using the Gmail account. I cannot reply using the second email account.
Any help?

Cannot reply to gmail email

I have one, and only one, friend who uses gmail to whose emails I cannot reply. When I try to the computer gets locked up. Even a forced quit of mail does not work. I need to reboot. Other folks who send me mail from email work just fine. Just the one person.
Thoughts?

It has changed. I can force quit out and it is now happening to other emails from other email hosts. I can send emails out but I can't reply to some without locking mail up.

I have a number of different email accounts all set up separately but identities are not set as they were too confusing for this autistic brain.

You most likely don't need identities, at least not as Thunderbird uses the term.
Most of us would reply to an email address by replying "from" the address it was sent "to". I wouldn't reply to business emails using my private email address, nor would I reply to private email messages using my work email address. Email software generally goes out of its way to maintain this consistency. So you want to override this built-in behaviour. ;-)
You might find these add-ons useful:
Folder Accounts lets you associate an email address ("identity" in the broader sense) with each folder, so this can force the use of a preferred address.
Correct Identity reads through the message you're writing and picks out a relevant "identity" to use as "from:", depending on whom you are writing to. This helps me avoid using my personal email address to reply to business emails and vice versa. It can also flash up a warning if you try to use an "unapproved" email address in the "from:" field.
I have used Folder Accounts to override the default identity for one or two accounts which are used in a very specific context, such as reporting spam, but it has clashed with newsgroups. Of course, this may not matter to you.
Of the two, Folder Account may suit you best if you don't use Thunderbird to read newsgroups.

"Attach to Email" option launches outlook rather than default mail client

The "Attach to Email" option luanches outlook rather than Seamonkey, which is set to be the default mail client. Any ideas regrding fixing this would be most appreciated. This is Adobe Acrobat 9 PRO v. 9.0.0 running on a 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium 4.0 GB machine.

Emailing form using something other than outlook

Is there anyway I get the form to use a different email system other than outlook when using the email button? We used to go through outlook and we could conveniently hit email and the form would attach and be ready to send. We switched email systems and now work in Zimbra. Is there an easy way to configure the email to use Zimbra instead? Thanks

I do not use Mail or Entourage (or have a .mac account), and I wonder if there's a way to set my own email account as the default for saving a photo directly to an email message. Right now my workaround is very complicated.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. Is your current email account a POP account or is it a web based account? If it's a pop account you can setup Mail as the client for that account and then would have the capability of saving directly to iPhoto as well as emailing directly from iPhoto. You don't need a .Mac account to use Mail.
However, if the account is a web based account I don't think there's any way to save directly to iPhoto. The photos have to be be saved to the HD first before they can be imported into iPhoto.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

If you have a ISP based email it can only be sent through Mail via your home ISP connection (or the same ISP elsewhere).
If you use the ISP's web page email access then you can do it from any machine or on any ISP.
Most people use a free web based email like GMail or Yahoo, then they can access through any computer with a web browser anywhere.
I haven't used Mail in years.

Cannot reply or forward emails

Am unable to reply to or forward emails from my work account (recently upgraded exchange 2010 server), but am able to send and receive just fine. When I try I receive the "Message included an invaldid email address" message.
Am also able to send, receive, reply, forward, etc from my personal (gmail) account. Any solutions? A problem with a 2010 exchange upgrade?

there are a few things you can try before calling Tech support.
Clear your Cache and Cookies
Run Internet explorer with no add-ons
Try a 2nd Browser like Google Chrome or Firefox (possible browser issue can be identified by testing in a 2nd browser)
Test it from a 2nd machine like a laptop, friends or work computer
For what its worth, I can access mine just fine today without a problem.
