I cannot see a new mailbox in mail with OS mavericks

I created a new mailbox but cannot see it. I saw somewhere in the support groups that I should look for user/library/mail folder but cannot find that either. I then decided to see if updating mail would help but when I started to install the update I got the message that my hard drive cannot support the update. I have an OS X 10.9.3 in 3.06 GHz INterl Core 2 Duo iMac with 12GB RAM and 130 GB of free space on the hard drive. Mail is version 7.3.

Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy / paste the following:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail/Data/Library/Preferences
Then click Go. Move the com.apple.mail.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Trash.
Restart your Mac then try adding a new mailbox.

What type of email account is it ? As far as I know it only works with IMAP accounts (it doesn't work with my POP account), and you should get an Edit button at the top of the list of folders that are currently on that account.

Cannot see messages in mailboxes 'on my mac' following restore

I had to restore my files from Time Machine following reinstallation of corrupted system files. The dealer who reformatted my disk created a new user account those name is different from the principal account that I used before the restore. But I restored all accounts from my Time Machine backup using the Migration Assistant, but now *I cannot see any of the messages that were stored in mailboxes "On My Mac"*. When I look at those mboxes in Time Machine, the messages are there, but I can't open them, even though I restored that account and logged in to that account; and that account is an administrator.
How can I access those messages?

that's how it should be. Mail is set separately for different user accounts. I just wanted to check that you are accessing it from the appropriate account.
You can delete the account that the dealer set up for you. you don't need it.
Log into the restored account and go to the folder homedirectory/library/mail/mailboxes. Thre should be folders corresponding to thjose local mailboxes. open one and go to Messages. do you see the .emlx files with the messages? if no, they didn't restore properly. if the files are there you need to reindex mail.
quit Mail and delete the file homedirectory/library/mail/envelope index. start Mail and let it import (that means reindex). see if the mailboxes show up with the messages.

Without seeing anything of what you did there is not much to go on except to say that when you create a classic tween you use a library-based object and it has to exist at both ends of the tween. When motion guides come into play you usually have to fiddle around when making the link between the object and the motion guide to get the object to lock to it.

Excel - Cannot see any new data in Excel Workbook

Wonder if anyone can help, we have a .xlsx file, we have it setup so that only one person at a time can edit the workbook.
When a colleague edits some data and saves the change, I go into it but cannot see the new data. I then do the same but she cannot see the changes and neither can a 3rd colleague. In effect, whenever any one
makes a change in the workbook, no one else can see the new saved data that has been added.
The work book is not protected. It is stored on a server, all users are running Office 2013 apart from
1 who is using 2003, but it doesnt matter as even if a change is made using office2013, another office 2013 client still can't see the change.
It doesn't seem to happen with any other workbooks.
Tried open and repair which didn't work. Also tried saving a new version of the workbook, this works for a while but then the issue comes back on the new version.
Any ideas, as currently we keep having to save new versions of the workbook.

What's the extension of this particular file ?Try another file format to test this issue.
Did you get any message when try to save the document? Also does this problem happens when use the 'save as' option within Excel to save the file?
Also try to download the excel file to local driver, update the Excel file,then upload it to the server.

My MacBook Pro 2.33GHz cannot see the New Airport Extreme

Just bought the new Airport Extreme(Wireless N). Power it up, cannot see the new wireless network under the Airport signal icon. The Machine have no problem using my older Netgear wireless router(G) and the new Linksys Wire router(N). Just connot see the new Apple Airport Extreme.
My the other two iMac(G5 and Intel) 20" can see all three wireless network and connet to them without any problem.
My only question is has Apple implement any "regional code" on the hardware. My MacBook Pro is from US and the new Airport Extreme was bought in New Zealand.
Any suggestion? BTW a clean install of the System didn't help. Found out after 2-3 hours of installation of System and all my Application back.

To use the Airport Utility you must select your network under that Airport icon but you can't. So what to try? Of course you may need to reset your router. If still not visually seen under Airport then go to system preferences/network/status and choose Airport. Look for the preferred drop down menu. If network is seeen then select it and hit apply. Then select under Airport icon then use the Airport Utility. If not seen in preferred then type in your network exact name or use the + button. The above will work you just need to keep trying.

Thank you King_Penguin. I found. I have multiple e-mail accounts. I can see Load More Messages only when I clik All Accounts. When I go to particularq, let say, Gmail account, I do not see Load More Messages.This mean that I must download more messages from all accounts, even if I need only more messages from particular account. But anyway it is helpfull.

Content is added on a friday, but we currently have titles missing on the classic platform (old software) which haven't been added yet and I hope they don't try adding these tomorrow as the new content
response from the vision guys and they’ve confirmed that there 10 more assets (movies) which were not listed in the HD Category on Classic, but it does appear as if there are 20 odd titles missing from the Classic platform. I cannot create a new Business Catalyst site with Dreamweaver CC 2014 (Mac). The error message states that Dreamweaver cannot connect with server, try again later. In addition, I am also unable to load remotely a previously created Business Catalyst site as it says there is something wrong with my username or password. However when I put my password in and press test connection, it says it has connected successfully. What is going wrong and how can I fix this problem?

I have been getting the following message and have no idea how to clear it. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! I have force closed Mail, and have tried to re-sync my accounts but no luck.

Exchange 2013 EAC Service Pack 1 New mailbox cannot see all OUs when selecting Browse with "Exchange Organization Management " permissions

Single forest 2 Domains. When I go to create a new mailbox in the Exchange Admin Centre and "Browse" the Organizational Unit. I can only see a few OU in the Parent Domain and most in the Child Domain. I have tried "expand All" and
cannot see anywhere in the EAC to set a "Recipient Scope". The account I am using has "Exchange Organization Management " rights and is a Domain Admin as well.
The Exchange servers are members of the Root Domain.
In the "Select an Organizational Unit" menu there is a message "There are more results available than are currently displayed". I have tried searching as well and cannot find OUs that I should be able to.
All the servers have had Exchange 2013 Service pack 1 installed.
Any suggestions?

Changing that setting resulted in the ECP site being inaccessible. So I changed it back
I have copied the user accounts to test with.
Originals:
User1: can see OU's when making a new user through the ECP (access: domain, exchange recipient admin)
User2: cannot. (Enterprise, domain, exchange, schema admin)
Test users:
test user1: copied from user 1, cannot see any OU's when creating a new user.
test user2: copied from user 2, can see all OU's when creating a new user.
