I cannot see my email DRAFT, SENT, or TRASH folders

I've set up a POP email account on my iPad.  Mail is sent and received fine, but I do not see the DRAFT, SENT, or TRASH folders.  They appear only when I choose MOVE a file, but are not really accessible.

Tap account name at top left until you see Inboxes (with teh email boxes) them scroll down to see Accounts.
Select the Account you want to see DRAFT, SENT, or TRASH.

    turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

    Roadrunner is POP email, and the feature you are looking for
    is a function of IMAP email. Roadrunner has not announced
    any plans to make IMAP available. If this is important to you,
    get a gmail account (which can be setup as IMAP)  and configure
    your Roadrunner account to automatically forward emails to the
    gmail account.

    How can I change it when I cannot view it on my account. I am not even sure how this got setup.

    If you mean your rescue email address, it's in the Passwords and Security section, after you answer the two security questions.

  • I cannot see my template and sent folders anymore... please instruct

    for the last couple of days I cannot see some folders (i.e. Templates, Drafts, Sent)
    Sometimes the system suddenly begins showing them and they disappear...
    any ideas?

    it seems to me that got something to do with the connection to the server... in some cases when I saved a new template suddenly all the folder reapeared

    Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
    If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

  • HT4910 Cannot see old emails in my iCloud account

    The problem is I cannot see any of my past emails other than the ones that have come in since I received an email from Apple stating my iCloud storage was full. When I contacted Apple they stated that there was lots of room on my account. Over 15 Gb on my 20 GB account.  I tried backing up, using iCloud backup, my iPhone 4s and iPad, I have an old iMac which can only run Snow Leopard.  I wonder if this might be the problem?  Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

    So your office mail replies are sent from the Gmail/work browser?
    Those will sync.. can take up to six hours from 'server to handheld' syncing.

  • Cannot see blind cc on sent mail

    Ever since upgrading to Mavericks, I cannot see any people blind cc'd on send mail.  I use Goggle to host my company email if this helps.  Mail on the google server also remove the blind copied people.  So there is no record anywhere of who the mail was send blind to.  I've expanded the full header in both the local mail client and on the one hosted by Google and the information is just gone.  Please help.

    Does no one from Apple moderate or answer these questions?

  • Using Firefox V4.0 I cannot see my emails/contacts in my Talktalk email account

    Since upgrading to Firefox 4 on Windows 7 I can no longer see my emails/contacts when accessing my talktalk email account. I could when using Firefox V3

    Download the app My Contacts Backup.  Use this to backup the contacts on your phone as they are now as a vCard attachment to an email.  Send this email to yourself and with the subject line "Original Contacts".  Confirm that you have the email and that the backup file is attached.  This is a precautionary backup and should not be needed.  DONE 
    Go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted.  DONE
    Use the My Contacts Backup app a second time to back up the contacts on your phone and send this email to yourself again.  This time use the subject line "Yahoo contacts".  Confirm that you have this second email and that the backup file is attached.  DONE
    Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section), set this to iCloud. in contacts section, I have following options: Sort as, show as, my data and default account: in this option are: IBM Lotus notes (already checked) and Yahoo.  Icloud option does not appear.   Can´t continue.

  • Cannot see actual emails even though account shows I have new email

    Perhaps I am being a moron:
    I have three accounts on the mail application: 2 are .mac accounts for my wife and me, the other one is my corporate email. The corp account, and the folders I built long ago on my PeeCee at work (mozilla) show up just fine...or at least the folders do.
    When I launch mail on the Mac I see the gray circle indicating that I have, for example, 1 new email in each account. I click on the inbox for each and in the two mac accounts...I see the new email w/ the blue circle indicating unread. When I click on the inbox for my corp account..I see NOTHING at all in the white box to the right.
    Now, should I look at other folders: such as wine (hobby), sports etc, folders I've set filters up for on Mozilla, I can see emails there.
    What is wrong with me?

  • I have some sort of phishing virus on my iPad or iMac. I inadvertently opened an attachment and I am now seeing odd emails being sent to my address book?

    I opened an attachment on my iPad email which I believe now was a phishing virus. I am now send sending random emails to my address book. I also have a pop email account on my iMac and have been advised to upgrade my op system to mountain lion and download virusbarrier app.bot sure what to do on my opadvor on which device the virus is?

    There is no malware involved here.
    First, there is no malware of any kind that will work on an iPad, unless that iPad has been jailbroken. So you can open attachements willy-nilly on an iPad without fear of infection, because the iPad strictly disallows any executable code to run unless it has come directly from the App Store.
    So, what's probably going on is that your e-mail account has been hacked. This could have happened if you got a phishing e-mail (phishing is not the same as a virus) and fell for it, by clicking a link and then providing your e-mail account login credentials at the resulting page. Or it could be a completely isolated event, unrelated to anything you have done. (Though if you used a weak password, that would certainly increase the chances of getting hacked.) You should change the e-mail password ASAP.

  • Bluetooth connection between iPad and Mac keeps dropping out. I want to see the email drafts of iPad on the Mac All software up to date

    Trying to connect iPad Air latest version to a Mac Mini running Yosemite .Connection is made by Bluetooth (hoping to access the Drafts folder of the iPad  to lift off attachments to Mac mini) BUT the connection drops out after 20" or so.

    Jailbroke?

    There is no MobileMe anymore, you may have labelling problems.
    In iCloud control panel deactivate Mail, then if you are still signed into Mobile Me, sign out.
    Reactivate Mail in the control panel.

  • Multiple email sent/spam/trash folders and inboxes??

    Hi,
    I am thoroughly confused as to why i have these multiple folders. I use an IMAP account. Is it because Mail creates one sent folder and my email provider creates another?
    I think it's very confusing. I'll have to hunt and peck to find a sent email or a trashed one.
    Is it possible to merge these somehow?

    When using IMAP account you can have a few folders set-up depending on your settings within you mail app. You can have folder locally on you mac, but also on the sever for the IMAP account, ie. if you settings in mail keep sent mail on the sever, you will find a sent folder which is kept on the server holding all your sent items.
    I have this set up on my iphone, so I can when I get to my office computer track the emails I have sent from my iphone, but have sent email from my work machine kept on my mac.
    I hope this makes sense... It's getting late
