I cannot sign in to iCloud, everytime i try it says,'You cant sign in because of a server error'. My brother however can. any ideas?

I cant figure it out, it says the server isnt working yet my bro can sign in no problem, could it be something to do with my computer? This is happening on my PC by the way, i am signed on my iPhone

I have used the solution below to fix mine and others that have run into this issue.
Start --> Programs --> Accessories (Right Click on Command Prompt) --> Run as Administrator
then type in: "Netsh winsock reset" (-without the quotes-)
Hit enter, restart PC, iCloud For PC should now connect without any server errors
(This solutions will work in some instances when trying to fix errors associated when you are unable to connect to iTunes also.)

No app is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.

Next day the problem still continued. I did restart my computer a couple of times and then "it worked". Not sure why - if it really was a server problem or something on my side.

I cannot use my iPad. The screen is black with only the circulating dowmnloading symbol showing and I cannot switch it off to re-boot. If I try to connect to iTunes it says it could not connect because o an unknown error 0xE80000065, but I can't turn it

I cannot use my iPad.
It presents a black blank screen with just the circulating symbol in the middle.
I cannot turn if off or on to re-boot it as the on-off swith does not respond, neither does the press button on the bottom edge of the pad.
I have tried to connect it to iTunes but my computer (running Windows Vista) shows an error message 0xE8ooooo65.
Previous to this complete shut-down I had successfully connected to iTunes and tried to download the new 4.3.3 (?) Update.
This showed it would take four hours ! So it was left to do just that.
However it then went back after thfour hours it said it was backing up my files, but then shutdown.
Can anyone help?

For whatever reasons, the "None" option is not always available to all users and I think it may be related to what country you live in. Short of contacting Apple to get it straightened out, if you haven't done anything with your new ID ye - you can create an Apple ID without a credit card and simply abandon the one that you just created.

The two big things that you have to remember for this to work are ... you have to sign out of your existing Apple ID .... Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap the ID and sign out. Then you have to try to download a free app to bring up the window that asks you to sign in or create an ID. Read the information on the website that I referenced above.
If you have not used the original Apple ID for anything yet, you can simply ignore it and use the new one - or like I said earlier - contact iTunes support and ask them to help you sort it out.

I keep getting an error message when logging onto iCloud. It states that "you cant sign in because of a server error". But the cloud status is "normal".

This is happened today after I udpated my iPad to IOS v7 and iTunes to 11.1.0.126 and only for one of my computers. I keep on getting an error message when trying to log onto iCloud. One correction, from the icloud I was not able to listed to the entire song. So when you purchased the song if it wasn't downloaded to your library, chances are you have lost your opportunity to listen to it.
