I cannot sign into facetime. It says my id or password are not correct. Even though I can sign into Itunes just fine.
Having problems signing into Facetime on ipod touch. Everytime I try it says I don't have the correct user ID or password. But, they work fine to sign in for Itunes. HELP!
I had this problem too. As it turns out, when you first sign in to FaceTime, it saves that password. If you have changed your Apple ID account password since the first time you used FaceTime on your device, it will reject that password, even though it is right. Basically, FaceTime thinks it needs the original password. This means that you will have to restore. If you haven't changed your password though, I am not sure.

I cannot connect to facetime. My apple id and password are correct. It asks me to check my network connections, but check what? I'm connected to the web by wifi. What else do I need to do?

I would like to design a poster, when I place my photos on the page
under the "links" "colour space" section it says the colour space is RGB not CMYK even though my document is set up as CMYK. Can/do i need to change this? i am worried it will be a problem when my poster goes to the commercial printers who want CMYKYes, it will be a problem. Convert the images in Photoshop using the printer's color profiles or a standard CMYK profile.

MMy wife had bought an iPad from a friend. My wife already has an iPhone, which is registered to iCloud. She cannot acces iCloud from the new iPad. It says her username and password is not authorised. What do we need to do.
This could be a couple different things.
The device is not authorized to the Apple ID.
Continue setup for the ID on the device.
There is an account issue
Is she able to get signed in at
Appleid.apple.com
and manage the account
Can she get signed in at
Supportprofile.apple.com ?
How many devices are registered to that Apple ID? -
I need to reset my Apple ID password, but it says that my security questions were not answered correctly. The email address associated with the questions to reset the answers is no longer available to me. It is my old college email. Does anyone know how to change this email? The unavailable email is not in my list of emails approved in my Apple ID settings.

I plugged my new iPhone into iTunes but my wife was still logged in, now when I try and download or purchase anything it comes up with my wife's ID even though when I check the apple ID on the phone it is my ID, how do I correct this.
I recently had a 32gb iphone 4 I backed up the phone via cable to my pc and when I tried to sync the 16gb iphone 5 no apps synced and some other data as well there was an error message saying there is not enough room. there is plenty of room on the new phone for apps, is there any way i can access the photos and apps that are on my pc? I am mainly concerned about my photos. Do I have to buy a 32gb phone now?

Hello,
since a few hours the Messenger ("Nachrichten" in german) does not accept my login details from yahoo. The name and password is corect - due to the yahoo messenger. I can login with that client. I can even login with my data on the web interface. Just Apples Messenger does not like to login anymore saying wrong username/password.
I did the follwoing withoout succes:
deleting yahoo account and creating a new one (with the same login info of course)
restartet with pressed shift key
repaired file and harddrive rights
deleted (obvious) prefenernces like com.messages.yahoo....
No idea where to look up more?!...
Help as i use messenger for clients as well...

Itunes says it's not installed even though i can open it
itunes won't sync with my ipod, and everytime i try to plug my ipod in or install the new itunes version, a box pops up that says "itunes isn't currently installed...."
how do i fix it without removing my itunes then redoing it? will i lose all my music?okay. if you don't want to update to 7.0.x, let's try an update to 6.0.5.20 to see if that helps. (the itunes versions 6.0.3.5 through 6.0.5.20 tended to be more stable than the 6.0.1.3s.)
download and save to your hard drive a copy of the 6.0.5.20 installer. (we'll run the install from there rather than online.) switch off antivirus and antispyware applications prior to the install.

Reset password does not work even though it says it has been reset
I bought apps under a previous user ID that was subsequently changed to my mobileme ID when I joined iCloud. Now the apps purchased under the old ID can not update. I have reset the password under the old ID several times and each time get the reply that my password was successfully reset, but still can't log into my account under the old ID and can't update those apps.
