I cannot sync all buyed apps from my Ipad

I have bought several apps through the app store on my Ipad 2. Itunes on my laptop (W7) does not 'see' them and so I cannot synchronize them. My greatest concern is the backup in whatever way from my apps.
I am a beginner user with the Ipad, but a lot of experience with windows.

Settings>General>Restrictions>Deleting Apps
Note: Pre-installed apps cannot be deleted

I cannot sync all of my Photos from iPhoto to my new iPhone 4. It says I have free space though. I have tried: updating itunes, deleting the ipod photo cache and unsyncning then resyncing my photos. Any suggestions?

You can only sync with one computer. You need to backup the contents from the old computer to a hard drive and transfer.
Otherwise, you can use 3rd party software, but the photos are optimizd for the device and will be lower resolution than the originals.

Remove the apps from iTunes with your device connected. You can basically deselect the apps that you don't want on each device. We have three IOS devices on one AppleID and they don't all have the same apps.

I curretly can only send and receive text from a few of my contacts from my Ipad. I can text all from my iphone. I used to be able to text all of them from the iPad.

Even when your iPad has a cellular modem, Text messaging does not work on an iPad.

But when I try to download an app directly through my iPad it asks questions that only a US resident could answer, such as state and telephone number (I live in the UK), so I have to abandon the process. This may apply to your situation ..
Your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
"Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

And make sure you have the correct region selected..
Tap Settings > Store > Sign In. In the Account Settings window select the correct Country/Region.

Cannot sync Dictionary/Thesaurus app from iTunes

My iPad said I had to sync this app (free) from computer as over 20MB. ITues show the icon in my app section but the little icon on iPad keeps disappearing. I have tried downloading it twic now.

Did you download the app iTunes on your computer successfully? Why would you have to download it again? If you see the app in your iTunes library on your computer, the app should be there and not need to be downloaded again.
If the app is in the iTunes library on your computer, you have to select the app to sync. In the Apps tab in iTunes, select the app by clicking in the box next to the name of the app and then sync. In order for it to sync to the iPad you may have to click on Apply in the lower right corner in iTunes.

What exactly did you do ? If you just want the apps then connect your phone to your computer's iTunes, do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy your apps over to your computer's iTunes library, and then connect your iPad and select its Apps tab and use that to select the apps that you want to sync to it and then apply/sync that selection.
If you want the apps content to be copied over, then as well as doing the Transfer Purchases take a backup of your phone (File > Devices > Backup) and then restore that backup onto your iPad - that will replace the current contents of your iPad with what is in the backup, so before doing the restore copy anything off the iPad that you want (photos, documents, iTunes purchases etc)

Icloud is activated in both devices but only very few apps were passes into my new iphone. I know that some apps are not compatible with all the devices but a lot of them are. What do I do? I dont have to buy pages and keynote again do I? That would be an absolute crime and would make icloud uselles! iTunes Match is not sharable across Apple IDs. The best way to get the music on her iPad is to leave hers signed into her Apple ID on the iTunes Store and sync via USB.

This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.
Sorry, just this minute went to insert image and it is giving me a message saying this sort of content is not allowed?.
