I cannot turn on my iPad air

The iPad turn off and I cannot run it. I tried all ways but not useful. Please help me.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Try a reset, hold the power button and home button until you see the apple then let go. Also, it is iOS 8.2 that you are trying to install since that is the current version. I had no problems updating my mini today so hopefully yours will go well too.

IPad air 2 problem smart case on/off. Smart case does not turn off nor turn on the iPad air since update to8.1

ipad air 2 128. Purchased last fall. Smart case worked turning on and off (standby). However I recently realized since one of the updates either 8.1 or 2. I have lost the turn on and off by the magnetic cover. tried to set and reset lock/unlock in the general settings to no avai.

HT1414 i cannot sync my new ipad air to my laptop windows 8.1, tried updating itunes etc

I cannot complete a sync with my ipad air to my laptop. I've tried updating itunes on both but same problem of 'waiting for changes to be applied' message coming up. My iPhone with the same software connects and syncs ok. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Cannot delet movies from ipad air 2

I go into movies, press edit and delete the movie, it does not show up in 'usage' but it is still taking up storage space.
If I go into iTunes I can see several movies and TV programmes that are supposed to be deleted but are still on the device but I have no way to delete them.
I have hard rest the ipad several times but it makes not difference.
This is the first time I have had this problem. Maybe user error?

Mail native app cannot be opened on iPad Air, any fix?

Hello, need some help here.
All of the sudden when I press the Mail icon the app tries to open and then it crashes.
I have switch off and on the iPad Air, I have run a hard reset but still it is not fixed.
Any ideas?

Try force quitting the mail app
Double tap the home button
Scroll sideways if needed to see the preview screen for the mail app
Flick that preview screen up and off the screen
Single tap the home button or scroll sideways to the home screen preview and tap on it to exit the mode
See if your mail app will open now.

Why I cannot turn off the iPad at first attempt?

I got my iPad few weeks back (32GB + 3G).
The only strange thing I encounter so far is may be 4 out of 5 times, when I tried to turn off the iPad, it will jump back to the lock screen again.
On the second attempt then I can turn off the iPad.
What could be the problem? should I send in for a replacement?

Perhaps you have an app running. Try force quitting.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If that doesn't make a difference, reset your iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds until you see the Apple logo.
Make sure your iPad software is up to date. Connect the iPad to your computer. Launch iTunes if it doesn't open automatically. Under the Summary tab click: Check for Update
