I cannot uninstall itunes version 10.7.0.21 from my laptop use of that I also cannot install the new update.
I cannot uninstall iTunes version 10.7.0.21 from my laptop (windows 7), therefore I cannot install the new iTunes version....!
Every time I try to do it, a "message" from the windows installer pops up saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable", I try to find the installation package "iTunes.msi" but I can never find it either...!
The funny part is, I can still use this version, but I would like the have the update, which can make my computer much faster than now!
Can someone help me out??

I installed the new version of LIghtroom (2015) from Creative Cloud. Creative Cloud says I successfully installed the new version. The update did not install properly and the ATV is in recovery mode.

I received the new update from Itunes and after installing, I couldnt get into my Itunes. I get a message from Windows saying that an MC file is missing and to reinstall I tunes. I have reinstalled 3 times, the first time I didn't remove the old version, I installed the update over it. Next I tried the repair function under Control Panel. Hello. No message shown. The downloading does not complete at all, I tried like 20 times but no one worked. The closest I was to downloaded it, was with 66 mb (the new version has 66.1) As stated on the web page of apple I uninstalled itunes and all its accesories or common programs. Now I am unable to install the new version and I am more frustrating since I did it to sincronized it wit my new ipad! In consequence, no message at all, the downloading simply stops at 49%, 67% or 99% :(

Just fired up my tablet after getting my internet switched back on to find that Skype no longer works on it and I need to download the new version if I want to use it. So I followed the link, downloaded, opened up the setup, and that's where it ends. The setup window gives me the option to choose my language and where I want skype downloaded, but that's all. The button to continue the installation is missing. The only thing I can do is open the language selection drop-down menu and press "more options" which gives me the option to locate a folder to install to, and that makes the links to the terms and service agreements pop up (though I cannot actually follow the links), but the "I Agree" button is just missing. I've downloaded it about 20 times and get the same problem every time. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the skype app and that didn't help, and I tried downloading and installing it with the app uninstalled I'm using a Toshiba Encore 2 WT8-B tablet running Windows 8.1 Anyone have any suggestions?
You can try running in safety mode to get the agree button but to be honest don't waste your time.
The desktop version of skype is crap on tablets, you will be far better off downloading Skype Translator from the store, this is basically the app version with translation functions you can ignore until Skype/MS get this mess sorted out. -

I originally had an error message that said Ipod cannot connect to iTunes, ipod needs to be restored. After I updated the itunes software I was able to restore my ipod. Along with the restoration it updated the software. When it was done restoring and updating my music was off of the ipod, and now I am not able to sync my music to ipod.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Manage Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

If your phone is in recovery mode (You see the iTunes graphic on the phone), you MUST connect the device to a computer and restore the operating system. There is no supported way to get around it. The device had a problem installing the update and it crashed. Sorry.

Ok, I did a back up today around 3. MY most previous back up was 7-7-12. When i did the backup it saved all the info to the comp like it normally would. Then I updated the phone after backing it up to itunes. After the software download....I attempted to reinstall the backed up items back on the phone....it said a bit through the download it was to large to cancel? I said ok cuz I had no choice....then when i tryed again the file was gone...the back up file that is...so I tryed all the other files in my backed up folders and none of them had any of the photos for the bast 5 months....I have a 1 and half year old....all her pictures of recent were on the phone....im really nervous I cant find a file anywhere on my computer with them....there stored no place.. the extractor downloads I have tryed list all the backed up files on my itunes from today with no photos in them...there is only the 1 file from 7-7-12 that shows pictures...soemthing like 1140 which i already have on my computer ......WHAT DO I DO!? I lost now ...I cant beleive it would delete everything.....can I time it perfect and do a computer restore to that time?????there has to be those photos someplace!! Please help!
