But the files it says to download do not exist there.
Photoshop says "Extend Script Toolkit 3.5.1 update" but I can't find that anywhere.
When I try the others it just opens the updater, says downloading, and then when it finishes downloading it fails the update.

D207 means that signature of the downloaded file is invalid. As a workaround, you can download these updates from Product updates then run them manually to update.

this happens continual when I try to update minor increments for my CS5 Master collection no matter what application update I try.
No help available to resolve this problem...

I downloaded updates and installed manually, had to mess around a bit.
Start the updater from the program first, then install from the download.
Also, moved plugins that are for Premier from common plugins directory,
to the Premier plugins directory. Stopped the error I got launching After Effects
that said to reinstall the plugins.

I have a Windows PC - OS: Win 7 Home Premium, SP1
I recently had to have my hard drive replaced and, as result, had to reinstall the Adobe products I own: Acrobat 10, Premiere Elements & Photoshop 9
I assume as part of reinstalling the software the Adobe Application Manager was installed as well - regardless, it indicates 'updates are available' -- however when I open the updater I am receiving the error message:

Now I know photoshop.com was replaced with Revel - but why is it consistently giving me the same error message? shouldn't it be updated by now or, specifically, is this indicative of a different problem when I attempt to login with my Adobe ID??)
