I cannot update or buy apps because it keeps saying my itunes password is invalid.

I am able to log in on the computer with my apple id but when i try to buy apps or try to update my apps on my phone and it asks me for my password it keeps telling me my password is invalid.

Just make sure that the correct apple ID is on the phone for the iTunes store. I had the same problem. My Apple ID is through a hotmail account. But for what ever reason with an upgrade it switched me to the mobile me account on my iPhone.

I seen this many times, and in just about all cases, it's the user resetting a different AppleID than what's being used for the iTunes account.

You would think they would set as default that Password was required - Imediatly . But they know there likely to get more purchases the way the default set it..

I am having problems updating my iMovie app. I saw the new update at my work place when finishing up the work day, so i thought i'd update it. But soon i relaised that it too some time as the file being downloaded was quite large, so i decided to pause it and update it later when i got back home. But when i reached home and tried to resume the update... I entered my Apple ID and Password, but it would tell me that my password is wrong. I can't be entering the wrong password as i tried to check my account using itunes and there was no problem loging in... Can someone advice on this?

Sign out of the App Store (Store > Sign Out) and sign back in.

It will let me add my email to it, but is always saying the username and password are incorrect, I can save the details and it'll stay there, but if i trying to check my mail it continues saying its not correct and gives me the option to go to settings, which I have done multiple times. I have put my password and username in correctly several times and it still says it's incorrect.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

I have turned off, removed apps, tried to reinstall them. iTunes can't download them either, the updates for them won't work.
Never had problems with iPhones until now and this has really annoyed me... Apps have cost me money have had to go because they won't function

It said I had 6 updates, then when I hit the update button, it said I had 13. And now that it's done? I have 4 more to update, but i get the message "No updates are currently available. As much money as I know MY family spends between updating phones, the monthly 'subscription' rate to make it all work, the songs we purchase, the apps we purchase, etc (not to mention everyone else in the world that they get money from)........ Apple isn't giving us any warm n fuzzy feelings to make us want to renew any contracts in 3 months and keep the iPhones. We may be looking into alternate phones - that are not apple associated.

Untill last night whene a finaly was able to update the App.

Change to Canadian App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the country/region where you are located.
9. Tap "Done".
Note: If the change doesn't take effect, sign out of account and sign in again.
