Turn off your iPad and put it in recovery mode. Try to restore it via iTunes.

There is a problem on Windows 8 with Firefox 19 and AMD Radeon HD 6XXX/7XXX graphic display cards.

It sounds like either the iTunes Store app or Music app are quitting unexpectedly on your iPhone. I recommend restarting the phone first:

I have an IPad 1. For the past three days I've played Sims Freeplay without trouble. Today it won't even open. It starts to, then goes black, then all the apps are visible again. Any idea of what is going on?

I have been playing EA's Sims Freeplay for three days. Today the app will not open. It begins to, then goes black, then all the apps are there. FB is doing it now, too. Bookworm plays fine, as do other apps like ebooks and weather bug. I don't know much about what goes on with an IPad, so any help is appreciated.

What happened is, this action highlighted in blue several icons on my desktop including Windows Internet Explorer.It then preceded to open Windows Internet Explorer. It was worth a try. I tried the control key while trying to launch FireFox and that did not do anything.

I was wondering if someone can help me with my problem. My ipod touch has been in recovery mode for the past three days. I keep trying to restore it but it keeps saying "The ipod cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device is not started." Help?

Your add-ons list shows AVG, ZoneAlarm, and McAfee products. Could one of them be blocking this site? See whether you can add exceptions or just disable them temporarily and test whether that helps.

Safari "History" missing for past three days ?

I was on Safari "History" trying to find some sites I visited on Nov. 30 - Dec.2 and none of that info shows up on "History". I restarted the computer and now have History from the past few sites I just visited., but a totaly blank for the past three days and this mroning. Does anyone have a clue why a few days are missing ? I'm running OS 10.6.8.
BTW... I keep trying to edit my "Products" to reflect updated OS below, and all it will let me do is "add" products ??

EDIT:.... I neglected to mention that I have all "History " showing prior to Nov.30. All that is missing is the three days from Nov 30 through Dec. 2.
Sorry for this omission if it is important. BTW... this is not a BIG DEAL. I am just baffled as to why three days would suddenly disappear ?

This depends on the data retention time (in days) maintained in your system. In ST03, on the right hand side, check "Collector" tab, under that "Performance Database" and then "Reorganization" which will give you the details retention times (in days).
