Install Portable Firefox 3.6.x to your hard drive for that one website. It won't affect your current Firefox installation at all. <br />

You can check if you have the ZoneAlarm search engine file in the browser\searchplugins folder in the Firefox program or in the searchplugins folder in the Firefox profile folder.
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

Should I download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash to use with Lion? My need for Flash is very basic: Google Maps, YouTube, and content on certain websites. Thanks for any help you are able to provide.
Thanks for the speedy reply. I have read so many comments about Flash being incompatible with Lion I was wondering whether to download it or not. So many sites on the Web still require flash, however, you almost don't have a choice but to download it even if it is incompatible. I gather a better version of Flash will be available for Lion soon. Again, thanks for the help. I will download the latest version of Flash.

I have an Intel iMac running OSX 10.6.8. I would like to use Final Cut Pro 10.1. I know I need OSX 10.9 for this. Can I run both 10.6.8 and 10.9 on the iMac ? I do not want to convert completely to 10.9 because of my existing software. Thanks for any help
It would depend on how old your IMac is, how mush memory you have, it it can be upgraded by OWC, etc. I have a 2006 Macbook Pro and would NOT put Mavericks on it or espeacially FCP 10.1.1 on it because the most memory it can have is 4 GB. You need at least 8 GB to work with Final Cut Pro 10.1.1. IMHO.
I would try to find a copy of Final Cut Express perhaps.

I bought a new Panasonic camcorder to edit in iMovie 10.0.3. I need to choose between the AVCHD choices and the ALL MP4/iframe choices. I don't have a clue as to which to use. I just want to burn video to DVD to have and share. Thanks for any help.
It sounds like you have assigned the primary click on the trackpad to something else, perhaps a gesture.
Use your mouse, login and then open the Trackpad preference pane and see how you have the interface configured.
Oh and you can have both the Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad powered up and working at the same time. No need to keep moving batteries around.

My Macbook was stolen. I noticed the following morning that it was locked, so I 'clicked' play sound, and erase at next internet connection. I received notice that it played the sound, but not that it has erased. Wondering if Apple and/or iCloud tracks the last IP address that my stolen macbook connected to the internet. I had a 640GB HDD in my Early 2008 Macbook and it was just too much it would always freeze up the computer a bit for only a few seconds but ya. Then I realized that it was the size of the HDD that was causing it since the Early 2008 Macbook models can only handle a MAX od 500GB while the Early 2008 Macbook Pros could have a MAX of 640GB (Lucked out there!) lol But ya the Early 2008 Mocbooks can only handle a MAX HDD size of 500GB and that's it!! lol

I have an old iMac for 2002....it's the rounded type that has an attached monitor. The software is way outdated (OS X 10) and I only really use now to access 3,000 plus songs and old video of the family. Both the keyboard and mouse no longer work. Am I able to use any keyboard/mouse and plug in using USB? Thanks for any help!
Most any USB mouse or keyboard should work. Borrow one if you can and just plug it in.
If the USB circuits are at fault then you can access via Firewire Target Mode with another Mac in order to get at the files.

How much free space is on your hard drive?

You need to use a product such as ScreenRecycler to do that. All of those products work over a network connection; direct video in isn't available on an iMac G5.
