All-In-One Printer L7780 Windows 7 64-bit
I cannot use any buttons on the display. The power is ON and the display is lit up. I have pulled the plug and waited a while and plugged it back in (several times over two days) but nothing changes.
The diagnostics from the computer don't help. I can see the ink level and I can print a test page but the scanner does not work.
This Printer just works when it wants to. The wireless connection only worked once in a while.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Benno Wallé

When i run my program i cannot use any buttons (e.g. while loop stop,pause, ...) or any numeric controls.
Also i cannost scroll or use tab controls. But the program itself is running normally.. i can see normal results as before.
Problem is it used to work just well before. So i have no idea what happended or if i did something wrong ... but its not working anymore.
Any idea what might be the problem here?

I guess the doohickey is no longer connected to the whatchamacallit.
Your time would probably be better spent playing detective and trying to figure out what happened to make it get to that state. Does this VI read any sensors or equipment? Maybe the equipment is turned off, causing the VI to become non-responsive until the timeout (and you were just never patient enough for it to reach the timeout before aborting?) It's probably not a LabVIEW issue, but to be safe, check the dates on the files to make sure no one was futzing with it.

Satellite A300 and WIn7 - cannot use media buttons

I have Satellite A300 laptop.
Recently I reinstalled my Windows 7 Pro x64 using update option (not clean install). So I kept my program and settings. However the media player panel (or whatever it is called) that lets me play, stop music, change songs etc. is not fully working. I can't use 2 "buttons": one that lets me turn on/off highlighting and the other one that turns media player on.
I need them working. I tired Toshiba button support, but I don't know what to do there.

What you must install is Toshiba Value Added Package. I use Win7 on my A300 and all buttons work perfectly. But I use 32bit version.
I dont know if your A300 is supported for Win7 64 bit but you can try to use THIS version.
Before you start installation remove old version, if exist, restart notebook and install this version.

From their web site Tom Tom actually offered a converter kit at one point however all it was a 3mm thick bit of plastic with a self adhesive tape backing!

Cannot use back button in IE

Dear Sir,
We upgrade from EP6 SP2 to EP6 SP14 , we have the problem that we cannot use backup button in Internet Explorer menu , when clicked , it showed " The paged has been expired" .

Hi Vimol,
There are two ways to solve this:
1. SP14 provides a feature called LightWeight Framework Page which supports the Back functionality (from Browser).
2. You may use Breadcrumbs. To set/enable this
i> Navigate to Portal Content -> Content Provided by SAP -> End User Content -> Open the Default Framework Page
ii> Select Page Title Bar and click Properties.
Choose "Show all" in its Property Editor and enable "Show Breadcrumb"
iii> Lastly Save all changes.

To start troubleshooting this issue where your iMac's screen will not illuminate, please reset your SMC by following the information outlined below.
Resetting the SMC for Mac Pro, Intel-based iMac, Intel-based Mac mini, or Intel-based Xserve
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord.
Wait fifteen seconds.
Attach the computer's power cord.
Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: For Intel-based Xserve computers that are not responding, you can shut down locally, or by using remote commands, or by pressing and holding the power button for five seconds.
