I cannot use my voice calls and cellular data simultaneously. Is there any fox for it?

I recently updated mu iphone 4s and now i am not able to use my cellular data and voice calls simultaneously. I am in a great fix. Is there any solution to it?

There are a couple of places where the Apple ID is used, so the first thing I would suggest is to go to the appleid.apple.com website and make sure everything is up to date there.   Then, sign out of your iTunes Store Account and sign back in with the correct Apple ID and password.   Finally, look at the settings for your Computer Administrator account and make sure that is correct as well.   I'm including a few articles for you that explain this information in more detail.

    No, you cannot downgrade your iOS device. That's not supported by Apple.

    Most intelligent people would not store such sensitive data on a device that could so easily be lost, stolen, or damaged.  Even if they chose to do so, they would use the device as designed and regularly sync and backup that device as described in the User's Guide.
    Have you done so?  If you have, all of the data is either in iCloud or iTunes on your computer.  Replace the device and restore the new iDevice with the backup of the old one.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Unfortunately, iCloud does not offer equivalents to Mobile Me’s iDisk, Gallery or Web Hosting services. You will need to find a third party solution to replace these services. You might consider DropBox, SugarSync, MediaFire or any other service that offers online storage. (not all these alternatives offer all the services previously provided by iDisk)

    I recently upgraded the software on my iPad 2 to iOS8.02. Since upgrading the iPad is running slower and choppier, with several apps no longer working.     No. FaceTime calls can only be completed to other users with FaceTime installed on an iDevice or compatible Mac.

  • Using the new Call and Chat buttons

    This is really not a Mac issue, even though I use a Mac. It is a general issue regarding the use of the new Call and Chat buttons in web sites and HTML signatures,
    I was using the so called "legacy" buttons, both on my home web site as well as in my HTML signature. Sometime a few days ago they stopped working altogether. I checked the Internet and I saw the post that Skype has discontinued their use and insteasd we would have to use the new Call and Chat buttons that work via a generated script.
    This is fine, but I am having two issues here:
    1) When I include the script on my web site, the Call image always goes on a line by itself. What I want is to have it on the same line with some other social media like images, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. I could do this with the old legacy images but not with this new one.
    2) How can I have now this functionality in an HTML signature? I can't put a script there.

    As far as I know, you can't change it: first, your photo is probably a .jpg and iMovie will be adapting it to a video file which will result in somewhat of a loss of quality and second, if your original picture is small, it cannot be enlarged without significant loss of quality as it will get blurry while the individual pixels are being made larger - that depends on your camera settings and its photo output size. So it could be either or both of those that is the problem here. Check your camera and see what size you are taking your pictures in.

    Just getting here involved a great deal of flickering of any images on each screen.

    First, save and close any active documents, then all active applications you have started. If Safari will not close, find "Force Quit" under your Apple menu and close Safari that way.
    Now restart the computer.See if Safari is behaving.

    Have no idea what that means either! These forums have been wacky since a major format change (I can;t call it and upgrade) about three weeks ago. You posted just fine--we can work with that.
    Another thought. Navigate this path: Macintosh HD > Applications. Find Safari and highlight it (single-click). Now press teh SPACE bar. What does it show for your version of Safari? If is says version 7.1, that is another issue we need to address.

    Basic troubleshooting steps outlined in the user guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.  Try each of these steps until your problem is solved. If these steps fail to solve your issue, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple (or an authorized service provider in your area) for evaluation.
