I cannot use Icloud on my iphone 5. Allways asking to verify...then ask me for password (apple id)...my password has been changed a little while ago. The phone does not accept the correct password. Maybe there is another password that I put in when I was setting up? I cannot delete icloud account. there is no such function in my icloud account? pleasehelp ...using IOS 8.02 now

The designer is usually someone who just handles the user interface portion of the code. The developer would handle core functionality. I assumed you were the developer and the designer was the designer. You are the client and your "designer" is the developer.
Ideally, you should create a business account so that you can add someone to your team. That is the way it is supposed to work. Otherwise, you will have to ask for the final source code so that you can build and submit the app yourself. You should always have the source code regardless. You should always perform the submission under your own account too. Otherwise, it is the developer's app, not yours.
Sharing accounts is against the Apple Developer agreement anyway. The App Store Gold Rush is over. Now it is mostly zombie apps and competing fraudsters. You don't want to give someone access to your iTunes account. You really don't want to give someone access to your bank account either.
The best solution would be to convert your account to a business account. You may be able to have the developer submit the app and then transfer it to you.

If you do not want to use passcodes, why don't you just go to Settings > General > Passcode Lock and delete the passcode and set the lock to OFF. That will eliminate the problems all together.

I'm trying to install server certificate, PEM formatted into SSL module. The key I've received is stripped off the challange password. Is it possible to import such a key without pass? "crypto ca import server.com PEM terminal xxx" seems to not allow for this.

When a device that is connected to an icloud account has it's contacts deleted, the same contacts at icloud.com are also deleted and then the changes propagate to other computers and devices also connected to the same icloud account. In other words, the contacts are deleted everywhere. Also, any iOS backup to icloud does not include contacts or any of the other Apple data, like calendars, reminders, etc. The only way you can get that data back is if it was on a computer which has been frequently backed up. You restore the data from the backup. (This reference to "backup" is a local backup, it has nothing to do with icloud.)

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Icloud must have been deleted from phone

I just bought a preowned iphone 3gs and I do see icloud in the settings but do not see an app for it on my phone. It must have been deleted before I got the phone. I don't know much about an iphone, just now learning so would appreciate a bit of help.

Let me try to put it another way: there is no dedicated iCloud app. iCloud photos appear in the Photos app, under a tab called "Photo Stream," notes are automatically synced with the Notes application, and so on. Basically, each type of content that iCloud manages has its own app.

PLEASE HELP! Every time I try to download something iTunes forces me to login and verify my credit card access code. Even for free app updates! Is there any solution? Is this a bug? It has been going on for at least a month, before then it worked fine.

IF you have a MobileMe name or one ending in @mac.com the password needs to be 16 Characters or less to work with the AIM servers (Their limit)
You can change you MobileMe password at you MobileMe web page.
IF you have an @mac.com name use iForgot
If you have another sort of Apple ID, possibly listing an Email address then this will fit the format of some AIM valid names (As in @me.com works as doe @mac.com) then the AIM server will presume the Password is wrong. (The AIM Servers check with the two Apple servers to check the Name and password - Other ISPs also have this agreement with AIM and so it will test/Check their servers for the name)
This may mean your Apple ID is not a Valid AIM Screen Name but fits the name format enough to fool the AIM server.
After changing any Password at the place you registered the Name (And providing it IS a Valid AIM Screen Name) then change the password in iChat as well then try logging in again.

I have wrong email entered so cannot verify icloud account

i just upgraded from an ipad two to an iPad Air. I decided to give my old ipad to my friend who has been in hospital with a broken back for 6 months to help her have some contact with the outside world.
i backed up everything on my old ipad to icloud and then transferred it over to my new machine. However, in the process somewhere my friend's email address became the verifying address for my icloud account. As I cannot log in to my friend's email acc not having her password and so on, my icloud account remains unverified and the box asking me to sign in to icloud keeps popping up not only on my ipad but iphone, asking for acc verification. It's also an old itunes ID that's coMing up. If I delete the acc apparently I lose everything I stored on icloud.
can anyone suggest how I can change the verifying email address to mine and update to my new ID? Thanks guys and ladies!!

The verification address should be the primary email address associated with your ID (and it is also normally the same as the name of your ID). This explains how to change the primary email address for your ID: Change your Apple ID. After changing it to the correct address, click the Verify Now link next to the address and the verification email should then be sent to the correct address.

Cannot verify icloud

iTunes on my MAC is 10.5. I got my 4s (also iOS5) and during activation signed up for iCloud. iCloud then says I must go to my email and verify the account. But there is no mail from apple about verifying my iCloud account. Now every time I access Settings-iCloud, it displays 'Verifying..." then displays "Account not verfied. Check Email." I press the check email button, it swaps to my email account and still no mail from Apple. This just goes round and round. I tried Deleting the iCloud account, then re-activating by entering my iTune credentials but end up in the same non-productive loop. I saw a post mentioning something about multiple Apple IDs which I have from an old iPod, but I never use that other ID for anything. I asked about consolidating those IDs once but Support said 'Sorry, not possible'. Would love to try iCloud but so far no luck. Any advice is much appreciated.
Just went to My Apple Id to manage my account. I pressed the Verify Account link and nothing happened. Screen flashed and 5 minutes later still no email in the email account registered with Apple. <sigh>

Cannot delete iCloud Account or reset Password

I'm trying to Delete my old iCloud account off my iPhone so that I can set up my new account.
However, to do so, it is asking me to enter my password (which I have forgot). I've tried resetting my Password using iForgot, but I never receive an Email from Apple (I have checked spam and spam filters). I have also tried the security question but it says my answer is incorrect. Lastly, I have tried the "I have forgotten my Apple ID" route, but I get a message saying that my old account doesn't exist. Therefore, I'm in limbo!
Has anyone else experienced this and if so, is there a way around it?

You are positive you are using the same Apple ID and password you are trying to activate iCloud with?
If so, try "resetting" your Apple ID password > Apple - My Apple ID
Then restart your iPhone. Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Then try setting up iCloud > Learn how to set up iCloud on all your devices.

After struggeling for hours understood that the email address must end with @icloud.com.
You need to go under icloud to add account and then choose iCloud>Accept free ID>fill your birthday date>continue till you create an account that must end with the suffix.iCloud.

You are not using iTunes Match are you? If you are, you have to turn it off on the device before you sync with iTunes but I'm not sure how that impacts manually managing music in iTunes. I would also assume that if you use Match, the songs would download from the cloud by using Match on the device.

This is sort of a long shot, but it's easy to try and won't hurt anything. Close all the apps on the iPad in the recents tray and reboot the iPad, then try again. I saw this work for someone else a while back that couldn't download or sync music, but I think it was probably just a coincidence, but as I said, it will not hurt to try.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
