lot and lot of problem are coming.
first mutli tasking is slower
then some freezes pages and switching during apps.
can access apps store,
i cloud cant be upgrade manually.
and now i cant access ibooks too. it is totally blank like apps store.
what can i do to access ibooks and app store again. they are blank. but i have no trouble in update the existing apps i have .

Try a reset ..
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You may have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.
If nothing above helped, restart your router then try email.

You mean the Apple Mail app? Updated through software Update in the Apple Menu?.
Or maybe you downloaded Mail from another source?

Facebook has a feature that requires you to authorise a new device, which could be causing an issue. Check your account settings when you're signed in on the computer, and see if it has anything along the lines of 'App Passwords'

Hi, i updated my 4s this morning to IOS 6.1.3 version. The phone is stuff now as after dowloading new software it wont restart. its in recovery mode and i cant seem to recover it on the mac book. Keep on giving me time out message to check network connection. I'm connected on an adsl line from telkom. Its a stable line and has never givine and issues.
please assist if anyone know if a solution.

You can still access your voicemail in the meantime by dialling 222.

Cant Access windows 8 after upgrading to mountain lion

a few weeks ago i upgraded my lion to mountain lion
i had windows 8 installed with boot camp on a seperate partition (i only use windows 8 for my astrophotography as certain specilised apps i use are sadly windows only)
now as i hadnt had any clear skys upuntill a few nights ago i hadnt needed to go into my windows 8 (and hadnt noticed its disapearence till now) althrough looking on my mac i can see all trace of it even existing has gone (apart from the fact my hard drive (250gig) is still showing the split 189 gig (windows being 61)
just tried the windows 8 disk see if i can recover it and it told me the partition is locked and needs to be unlocked
im not bothered about anything on the windows side (to the point i tried to use bootcamp to wipe it and start again) but it says you need more than 10gig free (i had 13 at the time) and wont let me go to the setting for deleting ect only as far as downloading the bootcamp drivers.
so does any one have any ideas how to recover, unlock or even to get rid of and start it again without effecting my mac partition as i dont have enough space to back everything up (and im not currently financially able to buy another hard drive just for that purpose.)

well iv just managed to get to 35 gig free (just deleting iphone backups) and im now able to get past the next screen on bootcamp.
unfortunatly its only allowing me to create a new partition not delete the current.
this is leading me to think the old ones master partition has become damaged and the hard drive dosent know it exists any more.
if this is the case (please tell me im wrong though) what options do i have as i dont want to / have the money to buy another hard drive to back everything up to it with.

After updating ios my ipad is stuck in recovery mode and is not being recognised by the computer in windows or itunes. Help!

Help - I am stuck in Afghanistan on operations and my iPad mini has died.
I tried to update the IOS as directed, there were a few error messages and I cancelled the process.
The ipad now only shows the connect to itunes screen and is not being recognised by the computer in either windows or itunes.
I have tried several resets and restarted the computer and reinstalled itunes.
Is there anything else I can do.
This is my only method of talking back to my family at the moment and is really quite important.

Cant access movies on my mac with my iPad!

So I have movies that I have purchased off of iTunes stored on my mac, they are actually on an external hard-drive, but I can no longer access my stored movies from my iPad. the message "request timed out" appears after a short while of waiting. please help!

How are you trying to "access" these? Do you mean sync or are you doing something fancy with wi-fi and Home Sharing?

Photos taking up too much space iOS 8 iPad & iphone

In iTunes and on my devices under usage, I noticed my photos are taking up 3.3 GB, much more than before I updated my OS to 8. I have about 350 photos, about 300 are a file from my computer which the computer says is 821MB, and the rest are pictures recently taken with my phone. I've deleted files from my deleted photos folder, reset my device with the home and power buttons, then I tried deleting and reloading everything from a backup. I also tried importing all of my photos from my phone to my iPad, then selecting the option to delete them from my phone. The numbers improved from 5+ GB to the 3.3 noted above, but I figure they should be using about 900MB, not 3.3GB.

Access Time Capsule disk from iOS device (iPad, iPhone)

My intended goal is to use Time Capsule disk as cloud replacement for MobileMe iDisk which is being discontinued in June.
I've done Time Capsule 7.6.1 update with iCloud support, entered my iCloud account settings, and authorized disk access via WAN. Everything appears to be configured properly as I can access my Time Capsule disk on Mac computers from outside my home network. How do I access this disk on iPhone and iPad?

I use FileBrowser app. It works. Their latest version is much easier to configure than earlier versions. You need to turn file sharing on and SMB on your time capsule disk.
I use the time capsule disk to store a few files which I never want to be on my iPhone or iPad, but do want access to them. They are not backed up on the time capsule but since they also exist on my Mac, they are backed up from there.

No Siri after updating iOS 6 to the new iPad in Singapore.

I own the New iPad and just found out after months of waiting for the iOS6 update, there will be no Siri for those residing in Singapore. Funny thing is iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 comes with Siri for usage in Singapore so can somebody explain this logic to me. I read in the official statement issued by Apple that besides a host of countries, Hongkongers will have access to Siri after updating the new iPad. Is this a bias decision by Apple or what? Any Apple representatives who are reading this, please let Mr. Cook knows that we are a tiny city but big spenders on gadgetries and it is very easy to map anything required of Siri to answer so kindly do consider.

Are you sharing your apple id? You can check if your email is included within the message settings in "settings >> messages >> send and receive" and remove it from that list on the other phones.

You're not talking to a team of Apple employees poised to jump on your question. We're all just users here, and we might be doing something else...
You cannot delete the App store App. It is somewhere on your Home screens, or you have dragged it into a folder. Any folder. If all else fails Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
