It looks like there is some miss configuration. To resolve the issue we need to see the logs..etc.
If you want to resolve the isse ASAP then i advice to re-configure the EM.
Here are the simple steps.
--Reconfigure Enterprise Manager
set oracle_sid=YourInstanceName
emctl stop dbconsole
emca -deconfig dbcontrol db
emca -repos recreate
emca -config dbcontrol db

That message it means that you will not be able to create another iCloud account on your device as the maximum number have already been created. Your only options are to either re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create your new account using on a different iOS device or Mac, if you have one.

If you can play the movies in iTunes, you should be able to open the movie files using Quicktime, which should already be on your system. If you have already transferred the files to your flash drive, open the flash drive in Finder, and hold control when you click on the movie file (or right click if you have the enabled) and select Open With Quicktime Player. This should play the movie directly from the flash drive.

3) If 1. & 2. questions are solvable, will it then be safe to delete the movies from my itunes?
You can move the TV shows to your flash drive by dragging them from the iTunes window to your flash drive in Finder or the flash drive icon on the desktop. When you are sure everything is transferred over to your external device, you can delete the movie from iTunes. I recommend playing the videos from the flash drive first before deleting them in iTunes.
To delete the videos from iTunes, you can highlight them and press the delete key on your keyboard. In the next prompt, you would want to move it to the trash so that it is deleted from your internal hard drive.

I have the same problem too.
Literally 30 minutes ago I kept trying to update to iOS 7 but after about 3 seconds or so, it just said that an unknown error occured and stopped the update immedietly. Now I come back to try it again, and it says,
"iOS 6.1.3
Your software is up to date.",
as if there was no update at all. I already tried restarting my phone and internet and everything, now I'm confused.

I have 2 granddaughers saying the other received the gift card on their itunes account. ONe has her account info, the other can;t remember her info to log into her account, (she is young). I typrd the gift card number in from the card on one account and it says "already redeemed". It just means that the card has been redeemed - you can't see a list anywhere on an account a history of card redemptions on it.

I can not bookmark any page, nothing happens when I select bookmark this page. My old bookmarks are there and working, but cant add anything new. I have tried the suggestions in the troubleshooting section, and nothing there works. Please help.

I select "bookmarks", I select "bookmark this page" and nothing happens. Doesnt matter if I am in regular mode, or safe mode.

Now that you mention it, I'm having the exact same problem on Facebook as well, when I play Family Feud.
I wish someone would investigate and post a solution to this problem. No-one from Playlist has responded, and no-one "Officially" from Firefox either.

If you previous synced to the computer then you may be able to recovery use of the iPod without erasing the iPod by following the instructions here:
Disabled Recovery-must use syncing computer.
Otherwise y have to erase the iPod
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Entire Itunes library will not download to Ipod nano! All is checked and it says it synced but it will only put the few new purchased songs on my ipod.

My son deleted the music from my Ipod. I pulled up my Itunes on a new computer with windows 8 and pluged in the Ipod and my music reappeared. However, I then purchased new music and the new music would not download. I am not sure what I did but now the new music is on my ipod and all the old music is gone. When I am in my itunes account all the songs are selected and when I hit sync it is still only syncing the newly purchased songs. How can I get my entire library back on my ipod?

I have left it loading for over an hour with no luck of seeing the picture. I have tried it on many wifi networks and both 4g and 3G cell service with no luck. While this solution works, I simply want my pictures to load when I click on them so I can see if it is one I need to save. Any help on how to fix the problem?

How can I add a library of flash movies to my site?

Hey there everyone and thanks for reading my question.
I have a library of flash movies (specifically a library of maps) and when the map movies are run in Flash they call each other just fine (i.e. the USA map will load the Georgia map when Georgia is clicked on the USA map, etc etc etc for each state).
HOWEVER, when I insert the USA map in one of my site pages (I'm working on the site using Dreamweaver CS4) the USA map page will load, but when a state is clicked the area on the page for the map goes blank and the state map does not load.
Short of coding a specific path in each of my state maps (in the Flash editor) is there a way to tell Dreamweaver there is a library of maps, look there for the sub-map?
and if I do have to code the path to the map, can I code a relative path rather than a specific URL address for the maps?
I know this is probably one of those simple things, but I'm not seeing it (can you tell I'm new at this??)

Thanks for the helpful suggestions. Everyone's comments got me to thinking about what the path was in the calls from the maps.
here is what finally worked:
on (release)
loadMovie("../FlashIMapDownloads/georgia.swf", 0);
this script code is in the action script for the "georgia" button of my main map - a US Map. (I hope I'm describing all this correctly).
I'll post this same info in the Dreamweaver forum too.

Add to library not working iTunes for mac 11.1.5

I am not sure whether I've had a need to add music to my iTunes library since the Mavericks upgrade but I've discovered that I cannot add to Library by any of the usual methods (add to library, drag dropping etc). I've tried folders, individual files and different music formats but with no success.
Nothing happens atall - it's like I didn't even select the command.
I see a number of old threads on this but nothing recent on this version. Has anyone else had this problem and can point me towards a fix. Do I need to downgrade or apply a patch or give up?

I've tried this and it has now readded all the old mp3 & M4a files but is not adding the new AIFF files any more.
I then tried using apple encoder to covert the files and import as M4a but that doesn't work either.
It's like it doesn't like any of my new folders.
I've tried applying the 'share'/'permissions' to all subfolders of my music folder where the music is stored but this didn't work either.
Any other suggestions v welcome as I'm running out of ideas
