I cant buy anything from the app store.
I CANT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE APP STORE.
I HAVE TRYED MULTIBLE TIME AND I JUST GET THIS MESSAGE SAYING THAT MY CREDIT CARD INFO NEED TO BE UPDATED.
IV UPDATED MY INFO 5 TIME NOW AND IT HASENT CHANGE A THING. THE SAME MESSAGE COME UP EVERY TIME. IV CALLED TECK SUPPORT
AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND. I WAS TOLD THE APPLE HAS NO ONE THAT I CAN TALK TO ON THE PHONE THAT CAN FIX MY PROBLEM AND THAT I SHOULD POST IT HERE AND MABEY SOME ONE MAY BEABLE TO HELP. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT WONT GET HELP FOR A LONG LONG TIME BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE BISSY. IV BEEN TOLD THE APPLE IS THE BEST FOR YEAR AND YEAR. AFTER SEEING THE WAY THIS HAS BEEN HANDLED OR NOT BEEN HANDLED SO FAR. IT HAS LED ME TO BELEAVE THAT EVERY THING IV HEARD IS JUST MARKETING HIP. I WOULD HOPE THAT SOMEONE WOULD CARE ENOUGH TO WANT TO CHANGE MY MIND. BUT IF PAST EXPERIANCE MEEN ANYTHING THAN NO ONE CARES

Two words of advice, it is much easier to read lower case than capitals. Secondly, never quote your email address publicly like this to prevent it from being harvested. The same applies to your telephone.
As a first step, do a Reset - hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 15 seconds.
Next, u go into your account again and try changing the method of payment to None. If you get past this then download any free app. If successful, go back into your account and enter your credit card details again and see what happens.

Sync the apps onto your phone from there. If they arent on your computer, download them on.

I'm begining to hate all apple products. I have had an iphone for three years maybe; now when I try to buy an app it says that I need to answer the security questions. I answer them and it says I answered them wrong. there's no place to reply to APPLE THAT I FORGOT the answers.

The system is tied to the Apple ID of the previous owner. The system should have been wiped clean and the original OS installed on it before you got it.
You will need to do that in order to use the system. How you do that depends on what OS was originally installed on the machine when it shipped from Apple.
You can use the system, type, model identifier or serial number at the Apple site to get this info

Why cant I download anything from the app store after updating to the ios7.02 system?
Do you have a song or podcast in iTunes that did not finish downloading? If you do - finish that one first. The apps will not update until that download is complete.
If that doesn't do it - sign out of your account - Settings>Store>Apple ID - sign out. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign in again and see if you can tap on one app and start the download. -
i cant download iphoto from the app store saying that it belongs to another apple id and i would have to buy it but its not giving me an option to buy it what am i suppose to do.

My daughter's itouch (registered to my apple account) is asking for answers to security questions that I never answered and it won't let her buy anything from the iTunes store. I tried a hard reset to original settings but it still asks for answers. How do I reset the security questions or get rid of them appearing altogether? I can purchase apps on my phone (same apple account) and it doesn't ask me for security questions.

ThanksEither that or you can just buy an iTunes card and put it on the account. I've have itunes account for a long time so maybe this plays a part in it but I don't have a CC tied to my account. I have the option to choose "none" and that's what I have it as. I used to have a card on there years ago but I removed it and never had to have another on it. Any purchases I make come from iTunes credits (iTunes card or credits I got from redeeming rewards).

I just bought a used macbook and its been completely updated, but I cant find imovie on it. Some of the other iLife appliations are already installed onto the computer though, am I going to have to buy imovie from the app store?
iMovie is not part of iLife anymore. If you want iMovie you will have to purchase a boxed set iLife '09 or '11 that comes on DVD. It's not available in the App Store. You will find boxed sets of iLife via Google and Amazon.
