    Welcome.
    Two words of advice, it is much easier to read lower case than capitals. Secondly, never quote your email address publicly like this to prevent it from being harvested. The same applies to your telephone.
    As a first step, do a Reset - hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 15 seconds.
    Next, u go into your account again and try changing the method of payment to None. If you get past this then download any free app. If successful, go back into your account and enter your credit card details again and see what happens.

    The following troubleshooting steps can help get your documents to reappear on your devices.
    Documents I've updated on my Mac or uploaded from iCloud.com don't appear on my iOS device
    If you're using an iWork for iOS app (Pages, Numbers, or Keynote), check the iCloud system requirements and make sure that you're using the latest version of iWork. For third party apps, check the documentation that came with the app, or check with the app developer to make sure the app supports iCloud. App Store application descriptions often indicate whether the app supports iCloud.
    Go to Apple () menu > System Preferences on your Mac. Click iCloud and confirm that you're signed in to iCloud and the Documents & Data checkbox is selected.
    After opening your iOS app, wait a few minutes for the documents to appear. Your iOS device may not have connected to iCloud since changes were made to the document at iCloud.com or on your other devices.
    Try creating a new document on your iOS device, then check again for the documents from iCloud to appear.
    Go to Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data and confirm that Use Cellular Data is turned on.
    Confirm that you're connected to the Internet by checking for an Edge, 3G, 4G, LTE, or Wi-Fi icon in your device's status bar. Test your connection by opening apple.com in Safari.
    Try resetting iCloud Documents & Data service.

    Try a reset...
    Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
    Then restart your iPad.
    Hold the power button until "slide to power off" appears.  Slide to power off.  After it is off, press the power button to turn it back on.

    Besides the ethical and professional issues involved, the iPad appears to be linked to a different iTunes account than your personal one. Applications are tied to the account, not the device - so if you were able to use your personal account to install the apps in question, you'd be wiping out all the ones your employer put on.
    If you feel these apps are necessary for your work, then talk to your supervisor/tech department about them purchasing additional copies for use on the iPad.

I am asking this question because yesterday I used my credit card to buy GoodReader Apps with price tag $0.99 from iTunes Store, after clicked BUY option then I put my credit card information as soon as Apps Store showing me a message that my address mismatch with the provided with the bank. As a result I haven't able BUY the App from the store, but my credit card account charged with $0.99. But I did not got the app GoodReader with price Tag $0.99.
    Please give me a proper guide. And also why the iTunes Store charged my credit card account though they have not permit me to buy the app? How to claim to reverse the amount?

    Each time that you try to add a card, or change its details on an account, a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - your card issuer should remove within a few days or so.

    In terms of buying content, you have to be in a country to use its store, and have a billing address in that country on your account (you also cannot use a credit card issued by a bank from another country). As far as I can see there isn't currently an iTunes store in Bangladesh,  until if/when Apple open one then unfortunately you won't be able to buy any iTunes content (apps, music etc)

    Just to be clear, you have a US address on your iTunes account, you are buying from the US Apps Store and it is giving you a message that you cannot buy Apps with an iTunes Gift Card? (Not an Apple Gift Card, and iTunes Gift Card).
    If it is an iTunes Gift Card, did you have any problem loading it on your iTunes Account on your computer?

    No - the terms of use of the iTunes stores say that you can only buy from the country that you are currently in (and, I'm not sure on this, but you may also need to have a credit card registered in that country).
