I Cant buy gems on clash of clans. It said "your purchase could not be completed,please contact your itunes support." i'm still waiting response from apple. can you guys tell me what should i do and whats wrong with my account? I have the balance but its not working. Thanks guys

Have you contacted iTunes Support ? If not :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
They normally reply within 24 hours.

If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it is a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a Lebanese bank and you are currently in the Lebanon ? This is clearly a case for the itunes store support, the message says so.
Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and click the blue link next to the green shopping bag. Follow the steps and send the iTunes store support en email explaining your situation. They should be able to look into it.
