I cant click the download button!!
Im trying to download the adobe acrobat x pro and when i go to the download page and go to click the download now button when i click the button it does not do anything please help me!!!

After upgrading to Mavericks on my MacBook, I'm not able to download third party applications like Dropbox and MyCleanMac 2. After clicking the download button, the screen just turns dark and is frozen. Any idea what is happening?
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting. -
Just installed Mac OS X 10.8.5 on a Mac Pro 2010 platform.
The App Store shows there is an upgrade, so I click the download button.
After about 2 hrs the process stops and an Error (102) appears on the screen.
Any idea what goes wrong?

If the App Store is showing 10.8.5 as an update, what do you currently have installed? The final update to Mountain Lion was 10.8.5, and since the basic OS installation of Mountain Lion is no longer offered in the App Store, that would suggest you're currently at an earlier version of Mountain Lion - 10.8.x where x=less than 5. If that's the case, I'd suggest getting the 10.8.5 update. There is also a Supplemental Update for 10.8.5 and that may be what the App Store is offering. -
After clicking the download button, I received the message, 'The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store.
This is not uncommon. Not all apps are available in all stores, just as not all OSx apps are available in IOS. The reasons are many, commercial, legal, copyright, whatever but it won't change your position. If it says not available, then that is the situation.

When Firefox offers me, to add Metropipe high speed proxy and I click the download button, it says it can't be installed. I had this on my older Mac, but it did not transfer to my new one.
Can you install from the Safari Extensions Gallery instead > https://extensions.apple.com/
Downloading extensions from the internet instead of the Safari gallery may not be a safe thing to do anyway. I downloaded the file from here > http://ultimatestatusbar.com/ then a dialog asked if I wanted to download from the internet. I for one never download extensions except from the gallery.
I found it in the gallery > https://extensions.apple.com/
Try downloading from there instead. That will download the file to your Downloads folder. Double click the file to install.

Since I actualize my iphone 4 to ios6 I can´t download applications from app store in it they seem to by downloading but within some seconds it's like if not clicked the download button. But then I have "waiting" mode applications that I never search for.

Hi everyone. I am trying to download ML on my iMac and when I click the download button, I am asked for my PW which I provide and then the ML icon launches in launchpad but nothing takes place. Have been trying for 2 days and this is driving me nuts. Help
Yes it does and there is an indication that the software is downloading but after a few hours, it just stops without any error message. Everything simply disappears and I need to start over again. I have a superfast connection so it should no be this slow. Everything worked fine on my MBP and I am in the same place. Any ideas

Why won't OS X Mavericks start downloading when I click the download button? It thinks and acts like it starts downloading with the thinking circle moving then stops and goes away. I have tried going to the purchases in the app store and restarting it there and that is not working either.
Repair permissions, restart your computer & try again.

sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
And if it doesn't work still after that, as much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

Using Firefox 20 on MacOS - when I click the Downloads button or Cmd-D to bookmark a page, the browser window changes from looking like this:

Wow, that looks odd! I have no idea why that would happen, but I wonder if it's related to one of the add-ons you have installed? I see a red icon in the status bar that I'm not familiar with, which leads me to believe that you may have other add-ons installed. One thing to try is to start Firefox Firefox with add-ons disabled (you can do this from the Help menu). If you don't see this problem in that mode, the issue is caused by one of the add-ons. From the Tools menu, you can access the add-ons and disable them one by one. Remember to restart each time and then test it out.
If none of that takes care of this, my other suggestion would be Firefox Reset: [[Reset Firefox – easily fix most problems]]

Why won't my iPad mini download music or video's? I click the download button and it will say its downloading. Then once finished it will just disappear? How can I fix this problem?!?!
Are you using the same apple ID and password?
it seems all is in order, but perhaps the password isn't valid.
if the reset didn't work, try signing out of iTunes and App Store, then back in.
have you tried going to App Store - purchased and tapping on the cloud icon for the apps you want? You will still be asked for your password. -
my copy of acrobat corrupted so i uninstalled it - now I cannot download a fresh copy as my app manager says i already have it - every time i try to click the download button app manager opens, and has no feature to reinstall - please help, how do i do a manual install?
