I cant do any in app purchase
i still cant do any in app purchases.i get the error message when i try to do in app purchase : 'Please contact itunes store to complete this transaction'
i have enough credit in my credit card and the information i provided is true.
i already contacted the apple support but they sent me this weird message :

For info we are fellow users here on these forums.
The message that you've received from iTunes Support implies that you've violated the store's terms (terms that you agreed to abide by). What that violation is we won't know (and iTunes Support are probably unlikely to tell you, all they tend to do is refer you to the terms as you have been), but probably the most common reason is using a country's store when not in that country - are you in the country that you have listed on your account ?

Do you have Restrictions on? Tap Settings > General > Restrictions and look for In-App Purchases.
Try downloading something else from the App Store, to make sure there isn't a connection issue.

Apple did approve our in-app purchase without publishing the folio ahead of time.
I have a new question: Can I change the "Cleared for sale" attribute in the iTunes Connect interface from no to yes before a folio's scheduled publication date? Or should I wait until after the folio has been published?
I would think you could set the "Cleared for sale" attribute to yes before the publication date and it would not cause any problems since the folio is not available to purchase until it's published. -
My new iPod touch won't let me buy any in app purchases even though it is enabled in settings
I just got a new iPod touch and transferred all my stuff onto it. But for some reason I can't get any in app purchases to work on any of my games. I've checked settings and there are no restrictions on so what could the problem be? I've downloaded a new app and updated apps OK -it's just the in app purchases eg gems,fishbucks,whatever that just keep saying 'not working try later' or similar. PLEASE HELP!

If you didn't make an in-app purchase within the app then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
You may also want to turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' -

You can try contacting the support staff for the stores at http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html they sometimes will reimburse, but it is on a case-by-case basis.

Can you explain this a bit more? Users who purchase the app should have a 1 year validity for what? Are you talking about the app purchase or the in-app purchase? Are you talking about future in-app purchases or people who have already purchased your app before you added the in-app purchase feature?

I cant perform an in app purchase, I fixed the restrictions and reloded the game but still I get the message to contact itunes suport and canot conet to itunes, I have wifi and it is working fine, the game is clash of clans.
