I cant download any apps from app store after i update to ios 7

After i update my iphone 4 to ios 7, now i cant download anything from app store, when i tap free or buy button on the app in app store, i have a 4gb free space, it doesnt show any error message, just a grey icon in my screen telling "waiting" then it automatically closed the waiting app

I have also experienced this problem with the new IOS7. I had to totally close the application and re-open it and try again. Then it worked.

You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.

I would guess that it is because you failed to make sure that they were all on your computer before you updated.

Whatever is wrong with your payment method could be a rejection from your bank. Is this a credit card? Do you have credit left? Is the address of the credit card in the country that you are trying to use the iTunes store? Is the address you are entering in the address field the exact same address as the billing address on your credit card?

If the app did not specifically indicate that it was available from the iTunes & App Stores then, as Diavonex indicated, you cannot download it.
The App Store has 2 free Heartmath apps for the iPad - Inner Balance, and HeartQuotes HD. You can click on your App Store icon and find them under Heartmath in the Categories search bar.

Always ask me to join by Apple ID then to method my payments after that I declined my credit card
By the I use it since ago and to purchase from lot of website

Check quitting App Store app from background and restarting it again.
Also a quick sign-out and signing-in generally solves it.
Alternatively, you could always check if the app downloads through iTunes on your computer.

Any update will cause problems for a few users. And those users will rush here and post "the sky is falling" stories about their experience. The 99.99% of people who have no problems after an update won't bother to post here; indeed, most of them don't even know ASC exists. FWIW, I had no problems with iOS 7 on my 4S. Your problem is most likely not related to iOS 6, but you should probably update anyway. ok, it's seem to be a real bug with this version, i have install again the 8.2 version,
and everything works again. So i keep this version, waiting the next update.
all my music and all the playlists have been conserved following this instructions:
1. Put Itunes 9 from "Applications" file, in the "Trash"
2.Go "Library/Receipts/ItunesX.pkg" and put the "X.pkg..." from "Library" àto the trash.
iTunes is now uninstalled, You can now install the 8.2 version or any other old version. But she will not able to read your musical library, cause it was created with the 9 version, so you"ll have to do this :
3. Go in "Music" file and "Itunes" file
4. just be sure that in "previous library" file, you have the last save of your Library (with the date)
5. Go again in "Music/ Itunes". and put "library Xml" and "iTunes Library" into the trash.
6. Copy the last Library save in "Previous Library" and paste it instead of the library you have just erase.
7. Rename it "itunes library".
8. You can now install your 8.2 version and listen your music and buy again on itunes store !
