You may need to change your primary email address. You can change this at:
appleid.apple.com
Then try to reset the questions.
If that does not work go to expresslane.apple.com and they will email you regarding your issue.

You don't have to give them real answers. WHen I did it I made them up, then wrote down the answers and have it filed away. You have to give them some sort of answer, so make them fake ones and you protect your info and satisfy iTunes at the same time.
the questions can be a bit of a pain, but really, they're there because anything like an itunes account can be a hacker target. So the questions are a way to slow it down.

Your MacBook is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6.8, which is the minimum required to install the current version of iTunes and sync devices running iOS 7. It doesn't need to be compatible with Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks.

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

This will just keep appearing when I am online.Using Firefox latest version I just installed Window7 from Vista. never happened prior. Windows live Photo Gallery is usually my default to open, but that is from a phone device connected to my computer.

Usually "Flame" does this (a virus that should have been auto destructed 2 weeks ago). It could be another virus or worm. My advice, FIRST scan your computer with antivirus (completely). Don't use free antiviruses. They are not providing enough protection. Then delete all temp. files and browsing history. Remove and reinstall Firefox. (don't install it automatically: ask for custom install at the beginning). It is much better to download it again from www.mozilla.org because your actual version might be corrupted by the virus (IF ANY VIRUS IS FOUND). Anyway you won't lose downloading it again.
PS: Windows 7 includes a very useful tool to scan your PC. Windows Defender. Run it along with the antivirus.

Have you got some kind of addon to download though such things do not mess with downloading but it can be point to check too. Having the latest version of firefox will also help and clear all cookies and if problem don't fade away then reset the browser or just re-install it.

Yu can create a new iTunes App account that is only good for free apps but you still need the old account to update apps purchased wth that account.

Well i bough this laptop 2 days ago, I was so excited about it until.. i tried to download a SONG, and I couldnt. Then i tried downloading sevral games and programs, and it wouldnt download. My download starts at 560 kb/s and it gradually goes lower till it reaches 0 b/s and ruins the download. I though it was a problem with the internet provider, but I tried with other WIFI connections, and the problem is still there. Please is there any solution? A laptop that cant download anything from internet shouldnt be called a laptop

I’m sorry to hear that download speed is automatically decreasing in your U530 Laptop, I suggest you to re-install the relevant Wired/Wireless drivers. If the issue occurs while using Wireless, please check the issue connecting with wired connection and even if the issue persists, Re-install the browser in the computer and let me know the findings.
