Haai ppl,pls help me here everytime when I try to download on my bb 8520 it always fails nd its something new,I don't knw what to do now.

Not knowing more (e.g., the error message when it fails may have helped), I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache:
1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. Follow one (and only one!) of these steps:
3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T
3b. For Touch Screen Only BBs -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (
3c. For newer (e,g., OS6 and 7) BB's, see this KB:
KB24714 How to clear the BlackBerry App World cache
4. AppWorld should close.
5. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
6. Return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it may be sluggish while it re-synchronizes).
If step (4) does not happen as listed, then the clear cache did not work.
Hopefully it'll work for you! If not, please do tell us the exact and complete error message when you try installing apps from AppWorld.

Your MacBook is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6.8, which is the minimum required to install the current version of iTunes and sync devices running iOS 7. It doesn't need to be compatible with Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks.

For sound problem:
- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.

Have you got some kind of addon to download though such things do not mess with downloading but it can be point to check too. Having the latest version of firefox will also help and clear all cookies and if problem don't fade away then reset the browser or just re-install it.

Yu can create a new iTunes App account that is only good for free apps but you still need the old account to update apps purchased wth that account.

Well i bough this laptop 2 days ago, I was so excited about it until.. i tried to download a SONG, and I couldnt. Then i tried downloading sevral games and programs, and it wouldnt download. My download starts at 560 kb/s and it gradually goes lower till it reaches 0 b/s and ruins the download. I though it was a problem with the internet provider, but I tried with other WIFI connections, and the problem is still there. Please is there any solution? I’m sorry to hear that download speed is automatically decreasing in your U530 Laptop, I suggest you to re-install the relevant Wired/Wireless drivers. If the issue occurs while using Wireless, please check the issue connecting with wired connection and even if the issue persists, Re-install the browser in the computer and let me know the findings.

Well, at least it's good that there are no hardware issues - that's a relief and one problem area that you can check off.
OK, so let's summarize so I can get a clear picture of what's going on. If you try to download something from your web browser, what happens? What if you try to download a small utility such as "EasyFind" from the App Store? Or is the problem specifically linked to downloading updates?
I'm just trying to get a feel for if anything really means anything?
Usually what you download from, say, a website, goes into your Downloads folder. It's the default folder for things like that. Apps from the App Store are downloaded to your Applications folder. And software updates are generally, I believe, held in a temporary folder so that they can be installed (in many cases) when you're asked to restart.
It could be something as simple as repairing permissions on your start-up disk. You're running Snow Leopard, right? (That's what your profile says.) Try opening Disk Utility from your Utilities folder, selecting your boot disk and try verifying permissions. If you come up with some errors, try repairing permissions. After that, go ahead and verify your boot disk - you won't be able to repair it at this point, but at least you can see if you have any errors.
Let me know about the anything and get back to me after you've verified and repaired permissions and verified your boot drive.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

When i go on the istore, it loads halfway and just stops and then i cant download anything?

Both Mail and Safari have Activity Options that open a screen that shows you just how the site or mail is loading.
In Safari if you are having trouble with a site in activity you will see the count of items being downloaded - and if an error occurs it shows red.
On the top is the number of items it is loading or trying to load and the count should be increasing. If the count stops, and you don't have errors it may be that too many people are going after the same site and your request just timed out. Have had the time out on a news site when trying to load a most popular article.

Which version of operating system are you running? Please go to Apple in menu bar, click on 'about this Mac" and click on the numbers under the big Mac OS X until you see "version 10.x.x" - copy what it says and post it here please.
