I am trying to download free apps, but my credit card limit is over... i can´t download??
say that my credit card is invalid!!
why??
how i can remove this credit card and use free account??

Is it an account that hasn't been used in the store yet then how did you create it ? Unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
If you are being prompted to review the account then you could see if this post by mountaingoatgirl lets you do so without needing to enter credit card details : https://discussions.apple.com/message/24303054
If not then you will either need to enter credit card details (you should be able to remove them after entering them) or create a new account (and use the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating it). If you do create a new account and you want to use the same email address then you will need to replace it on that account first e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and logging into it, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

Not with your current Apple ID. You have to create a new Apple ID using these instructions from Apple, exactly as written;

I want to download free apps from the apps store but it seems like the only option is with a credit card in which I am not ready to use as of now. I'm pretty disappointed...

Have you already established an Apple ID, or are you balking because of the credit card issue? It is my understanding that you can get the Apple ID by specifying NONE when they ask for the credit card information. You should then be able to download free stuff.
Later, if you try to buy something, you will then need to provide a method of payment. One alternative may be to add a gift card to your account. I've seen them for sale at Walmart. That way you can buy things without any worry about someone stealing your credit card information.
See <redeemLandingPage> for gift card terms and conditions. It will open up in your iTunes program.

I just received a new iphone and want to try out some of the free apps on the app-store. i'm used to being able to download free apps w/o itunes within the Droid enviroment. This seems complicated with having to install itunes, and having to enter credit card/pay-pal information just to be able to use some 'free' apps. Hi! I have recently created an Apple ID. I want to download a free app in the iTunes Store, but it forces me to enter a credit card information, and I don't have a credit card right now. I've seen iPhones were there's an option were it says "none" instead of giving a credit card information, but I can't see that option on my computer. Is that option available from a computer? Or am I obliged to have a credit card?

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps

On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.
