I cant download picture messages or send them........

When someone sends me a picture message i can recieve it but i cant download it and when i try sending a picture it tells me message delivery failed. also when i do try to download or send pic message it says "connecting to powervision" then it will say "cannot connect for an unknown reason" and it tells me to check settings...i used to be able to recieve and send pictures with no problem..i dont know how to change settings to connect to powervision...how can i fix this?

also it says error 67 registration failure. you pcs vision username and or password may be incorrect please try again.. how do i create a username and password for this?

I switched from the Eny Touch to the Brightside phone back in December. Since I switched phones cant get picture and video messages at all. Nothing on my account has changed at all for this to happen. It wont download and says failed. I don't understand why I cant download them.

Cant download mms messages on btmobile.....another problem!

hi guys, as above....i cant download mms messages on btmobile. is there a setting i can change?? ive downloaded and installed bt's stuff and it still wont work. thanks.

If it's a new Nano Sim swapped from another, sometimes some services don't reprovision correctly to the new sim.
Call bt mobile and have them manually remove the mms service then reprovision it to your account.
It will then reactivate within 24 hours.

I can't see the picture messages I send

Whenever I send a picture message to someone, it appears on my phone as a blank message (the same thing as sending a 'space' to someone). The recipient still receives the message though. Anybody else have this problem and have a possible solution. I've tried turning the phone on and off, turning iMessage on and off, and also I've tried reseting the network settings. Nothing has solved the issue so far.

none of my picture messages go through, i cant send them or receive any.. what do i do?

There is no setting on the iPhone to change that, so maybe a reset might help. Push and hold the Sleep/On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Cant Recieve picture messages internationally

I have an HTC incredible and I am currently living in St Maarten. I can send texts and make calls but i cant open any picture messages. When i try and download them it just tells me it was unsuccessful. I tried turning off wifi but it still wont work

I'm a lil jealous GaryT7. I would love to be in St. Maarten right now, even for a few days. I'm glad your phone is working for text and calls. But demmo86rt is right, the phone will need a mobile data network to send or receive picture or video messages. They won't be able to send via WiFi. In addition to turning WiFi off, you will need to make sure Mobile Data is enabled, which may result in $0.02/KB in St. Maarten if you do not have the Global Data plan active. To enable mobile data while roaming, go to Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Networks>Data Roaming>Allow access for all trips. Mobile Data availability and features available will depend on the wireless carrier you're picking up while traveling.

Why won't my Intensity 2 download picture messages?

My friend sent me a picture and my phone wouldn't download it. Then I tried sending myself a picture with my email and it worked. But, I still can't get pictures from other people. Help me?

obxrach, I'm sorry your having issues with receiving pictures. I know this can be frustrating because most individuals with picture messaging send and receive pictures as much as text and phone calls. Pictures you receive may be do large download. You may also need to clear your memory. I have listed information below about file sizes and steps to clear your memory. Also try removing the battery for 1-2 minutes and dialing *228, option #2 to update your phone to the tower.
The maximum file size for picture / video messages varies from device to device.
Devices that are 1X capable only can send / receive a maximum file size of 350 KB.
Devices that are Rev 0 EVDO can send / receive a maximum file size of 500 KB.
Devices that are Rev A EVDO or LTE can send / receive a maximum file size of 1200 KB.
Lowering the camera resolution will reduce the image file size.
The maximum file size that can be sent from an email to a device is 3 MB. When any message over 350 KB is sent to the device, the file is reduced in size to be under 350 KB prior to delivery. If a device sends a 500 KB file to a device with a lower file size limit the file will be reduced to a file size acceptable by the receiving device.
Many devices are capable of sending messages that exceed intercarrier file size limits (typically 300 - 600 KB). A message that exceeds the other carrier's limits will be rejected and not reach the intended recipient.
Steps to clear memory:
The memory capacity of this device is 105MB (built-in, flash shared memory).
From the main screen, press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose Menu.
Select Settings & Tools then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
Select Memory then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
Select Phone Memory then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
Select Phone Memory Usage then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
If the phone memory is full, unused items may be removed from the phone:

Cant download pictures to computer

I have the iphone 4s and i need to download the picture to my computer. My computer is windows 8. My iphone has a hard time connecting to itunes and whenever I try to download pictures it keeps telling me error or will say it is downloading but never downloads past the first photo?

Do you use Photo Stream. I have iCloud Control Panel downloaded on my Windows 7 PC to acess my photos quickly from there. You can also attach photos in groups of five to an email (there are hidden ways to add more than 5). You can send the email to yourself and open the photos on whichever device you log into email with.

Why cant I receive emails or send them?

All of a sudden I am unable to recieve emails or send them. First I was unable to recieve them and now I can no longer send them. I get a pop up window telling me the mail server is not responding. and to verify that I have entered the correct acount info in mail settings. I have tried this numerous times. Any advice?? I set up emails on my phone I have received 1 incoming but now it wont work any ideas? I can send them without any problems.

Do you have an option where it says "Use the same protocol for sending and receiving" or some such option ?

My iphone ( h2o ) 3gs doesn't send picture messages or recieve them, but when i go to messages MMS messaging its checked off as on. Is there any way that i can send picture messages or recieve them?

I tried asking livechat for h2o but all they told me is i HAVE to have it jailbroken.

Why can't I download pictures my contact sends me ...

Whenever I put my computer to sleep and my friends send me pictures. Upon my return my skype gets stuck on the connecting phase when it comes to the retreival of the picture(s). How long is it supposed to take? Sometimes I wait over 8 hours and end up just cancelling the download because I have rage quit from the whole thing. Is the connecting phase supposed to take over 8 hours to retrieve a pictures?

How can I stop the mail app from downloading old messages and marking them as new.... repetedly

I have just bought myself my first ever mac, and i've been having a little trouble with the mail function that comes with it. The first time i connected my mail app to my hotmail adress, all my old mails started coming in and they were all marked as unread. i had like 7000 og them, so it took a while for them all to load. after this i marked them all as read, and it was fine for a couple of days.
I am not sure what makes all my e-mails load as "new" again and again, but it happens every so often. This is very annoying because i get a little notification at the top of my screen for every "new" e-mail.
In the beginning i didn't think that much of it, but now it is really starting to annoy me, bacause it has happened so many times, so my question is:
Have any of you experienced this? And how did you fix it?
And i am running the OS X version 10.8.2, if that is relevant

Is it an IMAP or POP account?
For POP accounts, you can select remove from server under the advanced tab of the account.
