I cant download Premiere Pro because it says my trial has expired

i recently started paying for creative cloud single app (premiere pro) but i cant download the program because it continues to say my trial has expired. How do i get the software then?

    Hi all,
    I tried the trial version of adobe premiere pro cc and enjoyed it very much - I made a short movie using it but now the trial version has expired I can no longer watch the movie I made or show it to anyone :-(  I realise now that I should have saved it as an .avi file for example so that I could use it after the trial expired.  Is there any way I can do this now or has anyone got any suggestions?  I can't afford to buy the full version at the moment but would like to at least keep the video I spent so long making!

    The only way to open a Premiere Pro CC project is to have PProCC
    Your original files are where you left them, but the work you did is only available if you have PProCC
    Can you afford under $100 for Premiere Elements? (although, it may be best to wait... version 11 is current, and v12 "should" be out in the next month or two for holiday shopping)
    Premiere Elements will NOT open your PProCC project, but at least it costs less... and is still a one time purchase, not a monthly rental

    i just downloaded CS6 trial yesterday and when I try to use it it says my trial has expired!

    Joanne please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom using the uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
    You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 from Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh.  The update contains the entire application.  Photoshop Lightroom can not be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be licensed with a serial number.

    Sign out from Creative Cloud and sign in again using email ID using which you had purcahsed subscription:

    Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.
    Still asks for serial number check the hosts file for Adobe entries , if present remove it and try to activate.
    1) Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option.
    2) You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key.
    /etc
    3) It will open the etc folder, please look for file named "hosts" and copy the same to Desktop screen.it
    4)Double click on Hosts file , it will open it with TextEdit, If present Delete Adobe entries present inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc
    5)Copy and paste the Hosts file back to "Etc" folder.
    When asked Authenticate with your Mac password.
    Make sure to select "Replace" option when prompted.
    Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.

  • My 30 day Photoshop trial finished yesterday. I purchased the $9.99 per month Photoshop package and received an email saying "Thank you for your payment etc" But when I go to open PS it still says "the trial has expired.."

    1. Close all the Adobe Applications. Log-out from creative.adobe.com and re-login.
    2. Once you launch the software and when you get the error saying the the trial version has expired, you will have an option saying "License this software".
    3. Select this option and enter your credentials and click next.

    I downloaded the 30 day trial for InDesign, Acrobat and Encoder on my new MacBook less than 24 hours ago, but when I tried to open InDesign just now, it said that my trial has expired.     I certainly understand your situation, however, unfortunately, we have no way of resetting a trial time.
    Sometimes anti-virus or security software can interfere with the trial time. In order to get out of this situation I would like to make some possible suggestions.
    You can try to install it on a different computer if you have a spare machine.
    You can sign up for Creative Cloud and it is possible to cancel without penalty or charges within the first 30 days. You can get the full refund for the same as per subscriptions terms. for more info.check the below mentioned link.

    Exactly 1 year ago I did in fact purchase Photoshop Elements 12 but now when I try to open it, it says that my "trial has expired." This was NOT a trial version, it is a purchased version. How do I access the product I bought now?

    I have bought Pages and Numbers but it doesn't seem to have registered. The money is out of my account, and it shows up in iTunes, I have downloaded the app and it's 'flown' to my dock, but when I open up the app it won't save - it says my trial has run out and I should buy it.
    Should I buy again?

    No need to buy again, it wouldn't help anyway. You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
    Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

    You've encrypted the boot volume with FileVault, so the reading in your first screenshot is normal. The reading in your last screenshot shows that you have plenty of disk space.
    A false "disk full" warning can result from moving a Safari download between folder while it's in progress. Is that what you did?
