I cant find iphoto anywhere on my osx leopard op sys

help....just bought this imac and there is no icon or app for iphoto

So exactly which version of OS are you running? And you just purchased it?
iPhoto is supposed to be included; first, I'd check the Applications folder to make sure, then the Mac App Store under Purchases and see if it is listed there.
