I cant find music , videos , documents , pictures on my z10 screen

i bought z10 yesterday but when i start use it i didnt find the full files like music , videos , documents , pictures ,,, also when i connect my z10 to my PC only i see the memory card on the PC , please any help ??

Hi ocio,
First of all, you should always do a backup of your computer before doing an upgrade - always.
Things can go wrong, and if they do, you will be out of luck without a backup.
Upgrading should not affect your music, videos, documents, files in general. But don't take any chances in case things go awry....back it all up first!

Ipod cant find music

My ipod suddenly won't find my music. I-tunes still has it all, but the computer now won't "mount ipod". The ipod memory shows that there are files still on it. Reset does not help. Last time I ran the battery down, then recharged it and the music appeared again. Next time I turned it on, the music was gone again. any suggestions?

Your purchased iTunes music should be in the iTunes window ????
Connect your iPod to your computer. It should launch iTunes for you. Then from the iTunes Menu Bar, click File / Sync iPod
If you don't see your iTunes purchased music in the iTunes window, try My Documents/My Music/iTunes.

HELP PLEASE!! (respond quicklyy) I cant find a video i purchased!

Today i purchased a music video using my itouch, the video didnt show up. I checked my purchases on my computer after backing it up but it didnt show up. Since i bought it with the itouch i know its not on my computer and apparently not on my ipod. The amount of money went down after purchasing it and i checked even more into it by seeing if it said i purchased it when i clicked on it to buy it as if i didnt already and it came up with the message "are you sure you want to purchase this again?" so of course i clicked no. i cant seem to find it and i've been surching for 2 hours. please help!!!!
*Note: i also had purchased a full album(13 songs/ten bucks)and two other songs from different album/artist (both a dollar) plus downloaded podcasts and they all went through. the two other songs and podcasts were purchased after the video.

Itunes cant find music files

Seems to be some discussion on this problem where as itunes will not play the music on the computer and says it cant find the music files. I found that the block for using itunes as default audio player has to be checked. This is in preferences under the advanced tab. Seems to come unchecked at times and stops the player. Also my music location, also under advanced will go back to default at times. (My files are on an external hard drive) Hope this helps.

Cant find music after sucessful update

uploaded some music to my ipad 2 but after a sucessful upload i cant find the music on my ipad, eventhough it works perfectly on my computer itunes. what is wrong?

If the music is in your iTunes library on the computer, sync with iTunes again.
Connet the iPad to the PC, launch iTunes. Select the iPad from under the Devices heading on the left sidebar of iTunes. Click on the Music Tab in the iTunes window on the right. Check the Sync Music Heading. Select all of the albums, artists, playlist, songs - whatever - and then sync again. You may have to click on Apply in the lower right corner of the iTunes window.
You can also download purchased music again in many locations. Go to the iTunes app on the iPad and click on the Purchased tab (if you have one) and you can download your songs again as long as you use the same Apple ID that you used to buy the songs.

Can't find music videos downloaded from iTunes on my iPod

Any ideas as to why I can't find the music videos I've downloaded from iTunes on my iPod?

I am currently using iTunes 7.5. I've made some music video on my own, I have converted the .dv format into .mp4 format. I first import the .mp4 files into the Movie library. But I cannot put these clips in the music video playlist the clips in the movie library. I then tried to import these clips again to the Music library. Nothing happened. I tried to copy the clips from the movie library and paste to the Music library, I could do the cut, but when I selected the music library, the paste command was gray out.
What did I do wrong?

Can't find music video

So I had a music video on my itunes under the movies tab. I changed the video kind to music video and now I can't find it. How do I view the music videos?

Just had this myself as well - seems there should be an icon just under the Library for Music Videos but there is not at the moment. Have not found a way to add one either.
My solution was to simply create a smart playlist and choose the option 'video type' and set to music video. This created the list of all of my music videos.

Where can I find Music Videos in my iTunes Library

I've recently converted my music videos to the "music videos" category under "Get Info" ~ "Options" ~ "Media Kind". Now the music video are in a separate category under Videos in my Ipod, the issue I can't seem to find them in my iTune Library. I've checked under "Preferences" and can't seem to find it.

The one and only +music video+ that I downloaded from iTunes (it was free) is located (in iTunes) in the main Music library, sorted in the same way as all my regular non-video songs.

1. The IPOD Video needs the right video format
2. There a dozends of 3rd party SW solutions available to convert almost every format into the IPOD Video compatible format - some of them are freeware - use e.g. Google to find some.

Cant watch music videos and they are downloaded on my ipod

for some reason i have the cover of the music video and the movies too but i cant play them only sound comes out...please help

On your iPod go to "Videos / Video Settings".
Then select "TV Out" and either set it to "off" or "ask".
Also, make sure you are accessing the video through the videos menu. If you have a video mixed in an audio playlist and you access it through that, you also won't be able to see the video.

Cant play music videos

I just got a 4th gen iPod Nano 16gig. I have approximately 15 music videos in my iTunes library that work fine on my computer and old iPods, although now when I sync my new iPod, they wont play on the Nano. My screen just freezes.
Any suggestions?

Well this is surely very irritating feature of ipod. but the work around to this problem is. When ur ipod is connected to itunes. Delete the playlist named "Music Videos".Add the mp4 files to itunes, change the type to music videos. Goto the the video section on the ipod main menu.In the video section you will find the new section named "music videos" as you would see section named "Moviees" and "TV Shows". Music video section will contain all the media files labelled as type Music Video. The stupid part of ipod was even though you now have a music video section under video section, which when played plays video, these files still show up in Music section and when they are played, u can only hear audio not video. I guess IPOD engineers need to come up with some software update to patch this.
