Gently ask our friend

As i said up there , i have lost my ipod touch 5th generation today. worst day ever. im 14 and i paid for it with my own money. $317!! i was so proud of myself. so i went to the mall and i put it in a bag and got home and went to the park behind my friend's house. now im not sure if i brought it with me to the park (dont think so) or it fell in my friend's room after i came home from the mall. but i seriously can not find it and im REALLY sad. i have been balling my eyes out throughout the whole day and me and my five friends including my parents and my friends mom have been looking for it. i heard something about telling the police or something and they would help?? i'm not sure about that. cause why would they wanna help a 14 year old girl find an ipod touch when theres other very important matters. There is little chance of recovering your iPod. The police will do little. It it is turned then they can contact you. -

Only you can activate your iPod by typing in your id and password, or you can remove a device from your account via http://icloud.com . If you can't remember your account id then do you have any of its downloads on your computer's iTunes : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ? If not then you could try http://iforgot.apple.com . hi when i open my application folder, all the application is shown in trash folder. when i click the application it says this app is in trash first move it out. and when i try to open through finder> go it says this file doesn't exist. can some1 plz help? how can i put all my application through application folder?
Something really odd is going on. In your first screen shot, I noticed that the Applications folder does not have the proper icon displayed in the side bar. Also, in the title bar it lists it as Applications 08-59-29-909.
Not sure where it's picking up that odd name, unless it's because it's still truly within the Trash folder.
Try this. In the Finder > Preferences > General > turn on "Always open folders in a new window". (I have a feeling you have the default setting with this off).
Now, in Finder > Go > move down and open the Applications Folder from there. Now open the folder where you see all your applications that you show in your screen shot, select all, and move them to this true appliactions folder.
This is what you should properly seeing (but with different apps listed):
See how the Applications folder has the icon of the letter A shaped with a pencil, ruler & pen. -

Alright, right after posting my question I figured it out. I plugged my iPod into one of the USB ports in the front of the MacPro and it worked like a charm. Now the problem is, what is wrong with the two ports in the back of my Apple Cinema HD screen? That I can't figure out clearly. The USB connection from it to the MacPro is connected.

When attempting a reinstall of iTunes, I cant delete the file C\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Internet Services\Shellstream.resources due to same error message as described above for iPod file; however i can't find it anywhere in the Task Manager
That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -
Whenever I connect my 4th generation iPod thouch, all of the playlists on my iPod get deleted. This is very frustrating. Someone please help me? I searched the settings on iTunes and couldn't find anything.
Also, when I go on to safari, another alert pops up that safari cannot verify the identity of the website, anything that I type in to as common as google.com. It gives me 3 options to either cancel, look at details, and continue. I've looked at the details of the website of Google and it is legitimate the site. Any help?
