I cant find my lte switch, its not is cellular, please help

hi, i just bought my iphone 5 2 weeks ago in germany, i cant find the LTE switch, its not in the cellular area of settings, can anyone help?

It will only appear if your carrier has an LTE network and your account is provisioned for it.
