I cant find the app on Creative cloud

can i please get help, i would like to try the trail of after effects out but on creative cloud there is no app called ''After Effects''
please can you help me?

as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!) I had to do it so too AND all the Apps are there esp. the not yet installed After Effects (see screenshot):

    You can right click the tab and choose "Close Tab" to close a tab.
    Some menu entries are hidden by default and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu.
    You can see the difference if you use Alt+F or Alt+B to open the "File" and "Bookmarks" menu and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by pressing Alt or by pressing F10.
    Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.

    DPS Tools are buiilt in InDesign CS6 - Folio Overlays and Folio Builder. You can download the latest updates of those tools in InDesign by going to Help>Updates or by downloading updates from http://www.adobe.com/downloads.     For voice memos, I have include voice memos when syncing selected under the Music tab for my iPhone sync preferences with iTunes which transfers voice memos from my iPhone to my iTunes library when syncing.

    Your system does not meet the requirements if it doesn't show up. All video apps require a 64bit operating system, suitable processors, enough RAM and sufficient graphics hardware.

  • I can't open the apps in Creative Cloud.

    I have just downloaded Creative Cloud and I have installed 3 apps including Photoshop, but none of them will open. Creative Cloud informs me that I have installed them but I don't know how to open them and it is irritating. My laptop is Windows 8.

    i'll assume you found the exe but it was not in Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit).  is that correct?
    if so, uninstall ps cc (start>control panel>programs>uninstall programs), run the cleaner (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html), restart your computer and then reinstall ps cc
    if that's not correct attach a screenshot of the contents in the Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit) directory.

  • How To resolve "disk space is full" issue when downloading the apps in Creative Cloud Packager

    Hello All!
    I have recently started using Creative Cloud Packager and have started my first package.  I have instructed it to download to my Local D Drive (which has 200GB free) and it has started successfully however about a third of the way through it stops and some of the apps have a warning icon and the error "Disk Space is full, please clear some space and try again".  However my D Drive still shows 200GB free which implies that it is not downloading to there at all and also that there is space!
    Is there a download cache location which could be full or should it download straight to the folder I instructed?
    Can anyone advise on the best way to troubleshoot this please?

    I'm really disappointed. I bought the Student and Teacher edition of Creative Cloud in order to use all the amazing apps of Adobe. But, it's not working!
    I can login to my account and install the apps. However, when I start an app as Photoshop it asks me to register the product or it runs as a trail version. I uninstalled every Adobe item afterwards, but, nothing has changed.
    I don't want to pay for a service that's not working! So please me help me to fix it.

    Cloud apps are only available via subscription via a Cloud plan.
    If you need 3 or more apps then a Cloud Complete membership is the way to go.

    Please try the steps below:
    Quit the Creative cloud application.
    Go to utilities, delete Adobe Application Manager and Adobe Creative cloud (if not deleted during uninstallation) folders.
    Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folder from the location: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
    Delete AAMUpdater, AAMupdaterInventory and OOBE folders from the location: /Library/Application Support/Adobe
    Reinstall Adobe Creative cloud application.

    Are you using a MAC or Windows ? If you had a trial already installed on your machine ealier, I am afraid you will have to purchase the product to use as unfortunately we cant extend the trial period .
    If you havent installed the product's on your machine so far ,please try in a different browser and check .

    Solution 1:
    Quit Creative Cloud.
    Quit all the Adobe Process from Task manager/ activity monitor.
    Restart your machine
    Initiate installation.
