I don't really understand what you mean by region. However, check Settings>FaceTime>On and Settings>General>Restrictions>FaceTime>ON. On the 4 & 4S FaceTime is accessed through contacts. Go into your Contacts, access the contact you want to FaceTime with and you will see a tab at the bottom of their contact card. You can also access FaceTime by going into your Phone app, select dialling keypad, dial number, press call and an option for FaceTime on the keypad will appear.

Cant Find Edge Settings On My Iphone

Please help i can only access the internet through wifi edge isnt working so i decided to configure the settings only to find out i cant find edge on my phone.

Have you tried simple things like Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, or resetting the phone? To reset the iPhone, press and hold the home and sleep/wake buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the slide to power off prompt).
Might be a hardware problem with the phone, I suppose. I'd suggest contacting AppleCare or visiting an Apple Store - except that officially unlocked iPhone aren't sold in Ireland, so you'd need to go to whichever country the phone was purchased in for service...

Siri is not an app. You can hold down on the home button to talk to Siri.

i cannot connect iTunes because it's always asking to enter passcode on iphone.
So, i cannot make restore my iphone 6+. And then, I cann't erase "device" in icloud.
My iphone is new. No icloud. didn't connect to itune backage.
That's why I try to connect iTunes but it need to enter passcode.

You cannot download it as it is a part of iOS and cannot be lost.
Check Settings > General > Restrictions to ensure it has not been blocked.
Also, some Exchange profiles may restrict access to Safari. If you have an Exchange account set up on the device, remove it.

Are you trying to use the phone in Bahrain with a supported carrier there? I suspect not. If you try to use this phone outside of Bahrain, you won't have FaceTime. This is done to prevent folks from simply crossing the border to purchase iPhones in Bahrain...FaceTime is banned in Saudi Arabia & the UAE. Sorry, but you'll only have FaceTime on that phone while using it in Bahrain on a supported carrier's network there.

The same way you would sync with any other version of iTunes.
Connect the device.
Select the device.
Select Sync.
In the new version of iTunes, the sidebar is disabled by default. With a device connected, it will be listed in the upper right hand corner.
If you want the side bar back, type Cntrl + S.
