I cant fix the error HP Cue scanning Flow component has stopped. What to do?

I tried to reload my application and still get the error.  Can I get some assistance?

  • CUE-Scanning Flow Component crashing

    I'm having a wierd issue where the HP CUE-Scanning Flow Component crashes whenever I click the "Save to File Save Options..." button under Scan Shortcut Settings. Otherwise the scanning functions work just fine. I just can't set any options when I save to a file.
    HP Print and Scan Doctor utility does not find any issues. I have tried reinstalling several times. It will work until I reboot; as soon as I reboot the crash comes back.
    My OS in Win 7 64, printer Officejet 4500 Wireless g510n.
    Anyone seen this before?

    I understand the computer is experiencing an error with the HP Cue Scanning Flow component. I will do my best to assist you with this issue.
    This is caused when a certain registry entry is altered by something. It directly interferes with the scanning application, "HPQSCNVW.exe".
    If this issue just started occurring, you could try a System Restore. You can return the computer to a point in time before the issue appeared. For more information, please try the steps in this Microsoft website: System Restore
    If this doesn't work, you will have to go into the Registry to resolve the issue. First, please backup the Registry, in case you make a mistake. This document will explain how to do this: Backing Up, Editing, and Restoring the Windows Registry (Windows 7)
    Now for the actual troubleshooting:
    a) Open "Regedit" and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Hewlett-Packard/DigitalImaging
    b) You must edit, or create a new key (String Value) and name it "ProfileWritePath" (only if it is missing). Once it is there, set the value of this key to the following: %APPDATA%\HP\Digital Imaging\Data\Destination
    c) Make sure there is a folder called "Destination" in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\HP\Digital Imaging\Data
    d) If a folder does not exist, create one and name is "Destination".
    This should resolve the issue. If not, uninstall and reinstall the software and try again. Please let me know your results.

    I had to restore my iMac from Time Machine. After the restoration all programs are functioning except my Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium. When I start any program in the suite the error message, "Licensing for this product has stopped working." I restarted the computer and tried again to run Photoshop and the same error message appeared. The message was followed by a message that stated that I needed to contact Adobe technical support and mention Error: 150.30. I need Adobe technical support to provide me a solution for my problem so I can continue using my Adobe products installed on my computer.

    Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
    There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
    If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite.  You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

    Try to uninstall the software again and you have to manually
    Delete the following folders:
    [Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD
    [Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
    [Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/backup
    [Startup Disk]/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/
    [Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher/
    Go to Applications-->Utilities-->Disk Utility, Open it and Select the MAC HD and then click on Repair permissions.
    After that try to run the cleaner tool as mentioned by kglad.
    Restart machine and then try to install again.
    *** Make sure , you only delete these folders if there is no other adobe applications installed on the machine. As if you have any other Adobe application of the suite ( not free applications ) then it will be a problem.

    •What is your exact brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???)
    •What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
    •Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
    •For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
    •-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself

    i have the latest (10.7) itunes installed on a 64 bit Windows 7 based system. Up unitil today I had NO  problem running the TV shows that I have downloaded from I Tunes.
    Today it stopped running all videos. It loads the information in the top box about length & name. An error message pops saying "an error has caused I tunes to stop working". "Windows will check for a solution and notify if therer is a solution."
    Music plays fine so i know that something works on itunes.
    Any ideas?

    None of these issues are causing the error in DW CS6. We have double checked all of them and we have everything exactly right. Also I have exactly the same SiteSetup in DW CS4 and that works perfectly well. Could there must be factor in 6 that didn't exist in 4? Something that isnt in the SiteSetup but in some hidden dialog box ?
    I can also upload to my host using Fetch, a third party FTP. And as I said DW CS4 works fine. So the problem is not with my host, its with DW CS6 in particular.

    Thank you Jon, that fixed it perfectly. You have saved me from going crazy. The only difference I see now is in "Server Name" it changed what I had entered (my ftp address) to "Remote Server"; which seems odd -- but it works!   Although I know there maybe also some other dialog box I have never seen
    Of course I saw that menu item "Import"  and but I thought thats obviously not for me: "Why would I want to import an entire website?". I did not however see "Export the selected site" for thats only a tiny icon in the footer. However I would have thought the same:  "Why would I want to export my entire website?".
    An observation: I've seen this problem in a lot of Adobe software, the menu-names of items are  obscure, non descriptive. What would be better would be for the menu names or popups to say "Export Site Setup settings" and "Import Site Setup settings"

    The first thing I would suggest is for you to go to the folder containing your catalog, using your system browser. There will be a folder that has the extension .lrdata. Delete that folder, and then try to start Lightroom. If that doesn't work, replace your catalog with your most recent backup.

    I recieve the following error when trying to build and run a labview executable. I am able to build the executable but when trying to run the executable, a pop up window comes up asking the user to select a dll. (please see screen shot attached). Once the DLL is selected, I get the error that This VI is not Executable. The full development version of Labview is required to fix the errors. (please see screen shot attached). I have also attached a snapshot of the project window.
    I have the professional development system
    I can run the main VI
    all the required DLL's are in the dependencies section of the project window.
    I am trying to find the root cause of this error but to no avail. can anyone give me a clue to what i am missing here. Any suggestions on where i should look to find the problem ?

    Yes, if it has been jailbroken, then there is probably nothing that you can do and you will never be able to use it, so ditch it and buy a new phone.
    If it's an iPhone 3g, then it is a very old phone anyway and you shoud consider buying a new one.
