I cant get my tool bar back or my browser link

I went to a website that wanted me to make my browser bigger. so i had to right click on the top and remove the browser link, and all tool bars. I cant get my Menu back, the costumize and all the toolbars i had. It just wont let me. i keep clicking every where thats blank on the top and i dont get the menu back. I have restarted the laptop, restored it earlier, unistalled firefox and re installed it. Nothing works.

Try "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

Sounds like you are in Full screen mode. Run your cursor to the top of the page and click on the blue arrows on the right hand side.

Firefox will not allow me to install a tool bar from a web site...it was there before I updated recently, but now, even tho I follow all the instructions,,it won't allow it. How do I get that tool bar back?

I use another tool bar from another source as a search bar. I have used it for a long time and never aproblem with Firefox. When I open Firefox I do not get an address bar only Google comes up. I don't get a back or forward button nor do I get the tool bar or menu bar. There is no default button. I read the forum but I can not make any corrections because I don't have a tool bar displayed. I am using 3.6. When I turn off my computer and then turn it back on, the default settings still do not return.

It is a long while since I tried Google Toolbar, I am not sure what it changes. But I would not expect it to totally remove your options to use the ordinary toolbars.

I hope you do not need to resort to editing registry settings, the firefox 'dragons' in prefs are user friendly compared with Windows registry. Messing up firefox prefs only really affects firefox normally; whereas errors in a registry edit may prevent you from even booting the computer.

In Safari go to View > Show Toolbar.
Go to View > Customize Toolbar and drag whatever elements you want (like the default set at the bottom) to your tool bar.

This issue can be caused by the RSS Icon extension.

What operating system are you using?
You don't see the tool options bar (Window>Options) or your looking for the Analysis Menu which is now under Image>Analysis?
You can also get select the ruler tool from the toolbox

I want the old tool bar back? The old one had an X when I wanted to stop something (I just clicked on the X). Also, the old toolbar has a "home" that I clicked on and it went staight back to yahoo main page

Not sure whether for instance you initially had a Yahoo optimised version of Firefox, and have now overwritten it with an official Mozilla version. Although the Mozilla version should NOT add unwanted features, but the Yahoo version may well do.
If you merely need to find the Yahoo emails page quickly just add it as a bookmark or as a bookmark on the Bookmarks toolbar and make sure that is visible.
Clicking the star icon on the location bar whilst looking at your emails will bookmark the page.

I do not use Yahoo myself,and am not sure what add-ons are available. You could search yourself using
