I cant log into my computer!

I believe it may have started after I downloaded google earth...nontheless, now when the account screen pops up it...ofcourse, asks for my password which it accepts and screen fades out like I am about to enter my account and all of a suddent the log in screen appears again. I have tried several times with no luck. Can anyone help me please!! I tried restarting, shutting down...nothing.

Since it accepts your password, this doesn't sound like the password is the issue (although it wouldn't hurt to try; here are some more instructions for reseting it).
First, see if you can log in with a different account.
Next, you can try the usual (in this order):
-Repairing permissions
-Reseting the PRAM
-Reseting the SMC
If none of these work, we can discuss a reinstallation of your operating system.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

This may sound crazy, but download any free app. This often "shocks" the other apps into working.

How would I create a screen with links after a person logs into their computer?

I have been asked to create a custom welcome screen that would load after a person logs into their computer . This screen is to have links to a couple of items.
but I need this to show after they log in and before they see their desktop.
How do I do this or even accomplish this?

According to your description, it really seems like a start screen in Windows 8\8.1, after user logs on to the system, he will first see a "start screen" with tiles (links to an App) on the screen, then he can manually swith to the classic desktop if he
want.
But in Windows 7, I never saw this kind of settings, for VB6 and HTA page, seems more related with development, if so, I suggest you post in this forum

I cant log into my apple id.

it wont let me log in. im using my alt account. i can log in using my game center, but i cant log into my appstore, apple id, etc. this accounts disabled for some reason. but anyway, it gives me a wrong password error even though its the right password. Test after taking each of the following steps. Back up all data before making any changes.

3. Make a note of all your settings for Wi-Fi in the Network preference pane, then delete the connection from the connection list and recreate it with the same settings. EMacs cant log into active directory anymore

Hello,
I'm hoping you can give me some insight as to what is going on.
We run an active directory network which is basically all PCs.
We do however have two rooms with 12 eMacs in them each. Up until mid December they had been mostly fine but what we are exeriencing now is that they are having real difficulty logging into the active directory.
If i click on the names of the machines eventually i will see one of three things:
1. Green dot- network accounts available. These we can log into.
2. Yellow dot - some network accounts available. These we cant log into.
3. Red dot - no network accounts available. These we cant log into.
My knowledge of Macs is about a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10.
The DHCP server is server 2003
The eMacs are running OS X 10.4.11
I can log into them as local administrator and can browse the network and even get onto the internet when they are unable to log onto Active directory.
What ive done so far...
1. If i unbind and then rebind the mac using directory access they can log in for a while but then randomly they change so that we cant log into them anymore.
2. gave each of the macs an ip reservation on the dhcp server so that they always pick up the same ip address.
3. removed them from Active directory and re added them. even gave them different names.
4. Changed out the switch they were plugged into.
none of these has solved the issue so far so im hoping that someone might have seen something like this before...

Can some one finally help me out there!
I cant log into the icloud from my laptop. Its running Vista 32bit, with service pack 2. The icloud is 2.1.3 for vista.
I enter the log in details and password, and then the 'daisy wheel' comes up, and that's as far as it goes!!
I know the log in details are all correct as I use itunes match on ipad and iphone. I can also share photos between iphone and ipad without an issue.
The Apple store weren't any help (Bath) as its not a Apple laptop!!

You may be to late to start - new android phones have the same protection and by June next year all of them will. Best of luck. If you really apple customer you can find your original receipt and or request a copy and use it as proof to unlock phone. If you didn't purchase from Apple, you still have option to attempt
to look through your icloud accounts and verify that neither one is the one that you need. And if it is not your account and you didn't purchase directly from Apple then you are the victim of Apple's attempt to render stolen/lost phones useless, to bring down theft. Question if you deserve it is besides the point, but at the very least you should have learned to manage your apple/icloud id by now being a loyal apple customer you are...
