I cant login the blackberry app world

I recently change for the Blackberry Tour to Blackberry Curve 9330.  Ive cant login the app world I keep receving a error
stating "An error has occured. Please try again later..  Ive got to get in to get my bank app and other applications Ive already purchase.  Can anyone help please?

    Hey, my blakberry will not let me login to blackberry app world. I put my email and password in, it say authenticating for like 4 seconds, then says "An Error has occured. Please try again later." Well I did try again later and it still is not working. Please help me.

    i have set up my paypal, deleted the app world and downloaded it again.
    rebooted my phone and still it does not want to log me on.

    Please help me with this problem. I have a new Blackberry Storm 2. When I sign in, it asked me to get the BB appworld browser plug-in and connect my smartphone. So, i did connect it. Then, this message kept on popping out. I don't know how to fix it.

    Okay. this is what I do.
    I go onto http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/ & sign in. I then connect my phone & enter the device password. As soon as I do that, this comes up -> App World Web Plugin Error
    An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Client.
    I don't know what's the problem & I've been searching for a solution but to no avail.

    Hi, I need help please!!!
    I am not able to log into my bb app world nor am I able to download or upgrade any aps.
    I keep getting this error message..
    "BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again."
    I called my phone provider and they cannot assist me. I tried a bunch of trouble shhoting options such as:
    -deleted app world and re-installed from website
    -deleted email accounts and re-installed
    -changed bb id name and password from website
    -tried to log on using wifi and non wifi
    Nothing seems to be fixing this issue.

  • Can no longer login to Blackberry App World or get a password reset, please help!

    I cannot login to My Blackberry App World on https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/
    I have entered my email and password but it is rejected.
    When I ask for a password reset I am prompted to answer a security question. The security question I am given is one I have never set, so I do not know what the answer is meant to be!
    Consequently I cannot get a password reset so am unable to access My Blackberry App World, either on my phone or on a pc.
    What has happened to my account and why can I no longer log in..?

    Apparently, there was something corrupt in my Profile. I backed up my default profile, created a new one and copied over the critical folders and files - the addons; backedup bookmarks, places.sqlite; password info in key3.db and signons.sqlite.
    Issue resolved.

    I've recently got a blackberry of one of my friends and since it's app world was used on my friends account, it won't let me login to my email address. The worst thing of all is that my friend doesn't remember her password. Does anyone know what to do to let me login?

    Actually, you need to do a number of things...refer to this:
    KB05099 Steps to take before selling or after buying a previously owned BlackBerry smartphone
    Ultimately, when you WIPE the BB, it will remove the association to the old BBID account, and you will create a new one for yourself on that BB.

  • BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World Server. Verify your network connections and try again.

    My BlackBerry's screen suddenly only appeared with white background.  I had a new screen put in.  They uninstalled all my applications and now I cant download anything.  My BlackBerry Messanger is gone will all my contacts in it and App World is having trouble connecting.  What should I do?     This error has been discussed hundreds (thousands?) of times in this forum...a quick search of the site might actually provide you with an answer much quicker than awaiting a reply.
    Also, there are several public KB articles on that exact error...I recommend you go there and search as well:

    Since each has a subtle difference from the other, I cannot tell which might apply to your specifics.

    Hi Mark,
    You need to set up a new BlackBerry ID on your PlayBook.
    If you bring up the options screen, then you may be able change it in the BlackBerry I'd option pane.
    If you don't have the option, you need to reset (wipe) the PlayBook. There's an option called security wipe. Follow it through, and once it has restarted you can create a new BlackBerryID and start from scratch.

    If you're using a Chrome or Firefox, I suggest you use Internet explorer for the meantime, once the plugin has been intalled on the browser, since Chrome and Internet explorer almost share the same settings, it should work well with Chrome after it.

    The "MIDlet-Name" attribute is missing.

    Please try this sequence:
    1) Remove AppWorld from your BB
    KB10040 How to view or remove installed applications on a BlackBerry smartphone
    If it requests that you reboot the BB, do so
    2) Do a Batt-Pull reboot (power on, remove battery, wait, insert battery, wait), even if redundant to the one you did in step 1.
    3) Install (on your BB) a fresh copy of AppWorld
    http://blackberry.com/appworld/download
    Again, if it requests to reboot, do so.
    4) Do another Batt-Pull reboot
    5) See if it now works.

    New PlayBook..Can't download Apps from App World...it says bb app world is having trouble connecting to bb app world server verify your network
    I'm perfectly connected to my Wifi. Already tried a different Wifi.
    Already restored it to stock still doesn't work
    Already put date to 2011, delete Wifi, restart (hard) and re-enter Wifi credentials.
    Still not working can someone help with this ?

    I have had lots of trouble with my blackberry app world, at first it wouldn't let me log in and then it crashed so i deleted it and re installed it and made a new account now it wont let me log in again! its really bugging me and would like some help with it please, thanks :-)

  • Curve 9220 BlackBerry App World registration error MTP USB Driver is not installed

    Hi,
    Recently I have purchased Curve 9220, trying connect to BlackBerry App World setup in the first instance I get 
    1. Get the BlackBerry App World Browser Plug-in (I get tick mark) then when I get 
    2. Connect your smartphone I get the drop down of my pin no I select my PIN no here I get a error message (An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again.)
    I have tried rebooting my device no of times it does not work.
    I have removed all USB driveres thats was there in PC rebooted the system it is still not working.
    I have even tried in another PC having win7 it gives error message MTP USB Driver is not installed.
    For information Content protection is not eabled the encription is not ON in my hand set
    Another problem whenever I connect my deice to USB every time it takes up the driver asks me to reboot the sytem (I have even tried the same 4-5 times) still not wokring.
    The hand set is communicating with the BlackBerry desk top software (I have downloaded the latest one and using the same).
    I need to install few apps which was there in my earlier BB so please help.

    Welcome to the Community,
    As you having difficulty in connecting to apps. world , On your Homescreen Go to Options > Security > and check 
    encryption is disable For your device and Media card and also Check Firewall it may prevent connecting Apps 
    World. 
              Please have a look at this article of KB Apps world web plug-in error appear when attempting to install applications from a computer
               Try installing OTA .

    Im using my playbook to buy an apps on the Blackberry App World but does not succeed. I have the message Payment entcountered with Paypal authorization. 
    I have used Paypal for other online purchases and its fine. I'd called the Paypal hel centre, and they told me I suppose to get some kind of authorization from Seller for them to activate the preapprove payment.
    Anyone? Please help!

    I had to update my payment information in PayPal (expiration date of my credit card not valid) to correct the problem.
