I cant open it it because of a old or new session notice that fails to launch

I've been running the Firefox 3.0.13 because later versions of firefox are not supported on my PowerPC mac running tiger 10.4
It has been running great for a long time (since this version was made available without the required upgrade)
It has been showing an urgent message about this version having possible security compromises but I have read in a forum a while ago to ignore this if I want to keep running it.
When trying to launch it lately I have been getting the familiar notice that my session was closed unexpectedly with a choice of reopening last session or opening new one. This is a message and choice I've had before and has always worked to put me on the session of my choice.
But now, no matter which choice I make, I get the tiny black spinning symbol (not the rainbow one) just below the cursor and after a couple seconds it goes away leaving just the normal cursor but I get no session page. As if the Firefox didn't launch.
But if I go to "force-quit" from the apple menu it shows that Firefox is indeed running. So I force-quit and re-try to launch from either the alias or the application icon and the little notice asking about old or new session comes up again.. I'm in a dead end loop on this.
I have loaded a fresh copy of the Firefox 3.00.13 which does the same thing. I'm currently limping on Safari for internet access but I need the Firefox for several things I'm doing online.
This is a duplicate question because I made mistake on my registration email.
Help please?

i found the error!
little snitch on os x blocks something (i dont know what exact) of adobe in the background. i have no rule defined for adobe in little snitch, so everything of adobe can go out.
when i stop little snitch, everything works fine - photoshop opens videos without the medialink error, photoshop starts up in seconds and premiere starts without a quicktime error.
i report the problem also to objective developement to fix this!

Power PC applications - which your game evidently is - are not supported by Mountain Lion (or Lion, for that matter). You either need to make a partition/disk which runs Snow Leopard and run your game from there. Or you need to update your game to be compatible with the current Mac OS.

An .exe application is compiled for Windows. It will not run on a different OS. If you need to run this program, then you will have to install Windows on your Mac. Either as a separate bootable partition, or running in a virtual machine, such as Parallels or VMWare.

Safari cant open the page because its not connected to the internet

iPhone 3g connected to my wifi at home just fine for first 3 weeks, now wont connect and getting error message "safari cant open the page because its not connected to the internet" Signal strength is excellent, other wireless devices are connecting fine.
Ive reset network settings, modem and router but still getting error messages.

Hey man, I have this same problem and it all started with 2.0.2. This is the worst update Apple could have given us. I love Apple products, and I loved my iPhone 3G until this update. I think 2.0.2 has caused more bugs than it claims to have fixed. Safari doesn't work anymore (3G or WI-FI) and I can barely pick up 3G unless I'm outside or near a window (whereas before 2.0.2 I could get 3G even in the underground tunnels of my university campus). My iPhone is no fun anymore and actually pointless, I might as well revert back to my original RAZR v.3, at least that thing worked as it was designed to.
I hope Apple issues a new update that just cancels out 2.0.2 and reverts back to 2.0.1....that one worked absolutely fine (at least I got no crashes of any kind with that version).

ONLY Apple could answer this.
If they determine that the ipod is defective, then warranty will cover it.
If they determine that it is damaged, then the warranty will not cover it.

I cant open my itunes because "another user as it open"

Hellow, I have itunes for two years now and recently when I am trying to open my itune it just open a window saying "you cannot open the application itubes because another user as it open" but I dont have another user on my windows 7 computer so I dont understant what I should do?

1. First check if this file APSDaemon.exe is the problem here.
Close your iTunes.
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del key and choose Task Manager. In the "Processes" Tab, select the file APSDaemon.exe and click End Prosses button, then close the task manager window.
Now open itunes and see if it is working?
If that works, to prevent having to do the same process everytime you restart Windows, go to. START button, type in
MSCONFIG
Hit ENTER
Click STARTUP Tab, Uncheck "Apple Push", click OK.
Restart Windows.
2. If that fails, refer to following article to remove SC Info.lib file:

3. If that fails, repair or reinstall your Quicktime. START / CONTROL PANEL / PROGRAMS N FEATURES / hightlight QUICKTIME and click REPAIR.

I was looking into the issue you are desribing, and found a great article for troubleshooting wifi connections with iOS devices. It's called iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections and can be found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1398.
Start with this section, and work your way down if needed.
Basic troubleshooting
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again.
Verify that you are in range of your Wi-Fi router or base station.
Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and Cable/DSL modem are connected to power and turned on.
Check whether other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware.For AirPort Base Stations, refer to this article for information about firmware updates. For third-party Wi-Fi routers, check the manufacturer's website for details on updating your firmware.
Restart your iOS deviceHold the On/Off button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the On/Off button to turn it back on.

Each time you connect your iPhone to iTunes, you need to eject it before closing iTunes by clicking on the little "eject" icon shown in iTunes. It seems that sometime in the past, you did not do that.
I'm not sure how to undo the previously done damage, but maybe a reboot of your Mac would help.

The only thing you can do is get the phone back to the US somehow even if someone else has to take it for you (which is fine). The iphone does not have an international warranty except throughout the EU.

After posting I see this question has the tag of "windows". I don't know if this applies to the Windows version or not.
The only time I see this message is if I download something, trash it, AND empty the trash. If I don't empty the trash, it finds it there. It will find it wherever I move it to, unless it is was in the trash and emptied.
Using Finder, is the downloaded file in your Downloads folder?
Maybe if you go to Safari/Preferences/General and change the location for downloads to something else then change it back to Downloads it might correct it.
