With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what message do you get when iPhoto tries to launch? Post the exact message or a screenshot of it?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Try a restore via iTunes. You need to put your device in dfu mode to let iTunes restore. If you don't know to put it in dfu mode, google it.

My itunes will not open. I have tried to remove the program and reload it, but it still doesn't work. Is there something I am doing wrong?
I am having the exact same problem. Checked firewall and it does not appear to be the problem. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled and the bar to load iTunes will get about halfway and then go away and I am left with a white page with iTunes Store as the only script. It was happening last evening as well...

i sent my iphone in for service but got it back since find my iphone was activated. now it says that the phone is lost and i cant activate it. when i try to follow the instructions on the screen it just says that it can reach the activation servers at the moment. its been like that for 2 weeks. and when i try to connect it to itunes with my comupter it just asks me to enter my pin code for my sim card (without the sim card it just asks me to put the card in) and since i cant get in to the phone to do that i cant access anything on it at all. please help me i really need my phone.
If you don't have physical access to the phone, there is nothing you can do.

When I try to open the iphoto it keeps on asking for the software update, but when I click on the software update it says that all the software in the computer are up to date. I still cant open the iphoto, what should I do?
How old is your Mac? If it's very recent you need to update via the App Store
If you purchased at the App Store you need to update via the App Store
Otherwise you update via Softare Update
If you have moved iPhoto from the default location (i.e. into a Folder) then the updater won't find it. Move it back.
If you have renamed iPhoto, the updater won't find it. Change it back.

the options i have are :
repair permissions: Examines your library for permission problems and repairs them. This requires Administrator access.
rebuild thumbnails: Regenerates the thumbnail files from the original images. This should be used when photos are not being displayed correctly in the photo grid.
repair database: Checks for inconsistencies in your library and repairs them. Adds photos that are stored in the library but missing from the database.

You need to install Office on the computer from the installer DVD or disc image you purchased.

My app store won't work on my iPod Touch 4gen running on ios 6.1.5 and when I open app store it says "cannot connect to iTunes Store" i shut my ipod down and turned it back on but it still dosn't work but it will open on my Mac Book Air. Ok so I cant open my Itunes due to Windows Error 2 and the message says to uninstall and re-install Itunes but I'm pretty sure that would wipe the library right? Is there any way to fix the problem and keep my library?

My Mac asked me to shut down unexepectedly yesterday and when it restarted, once it played the opening theme it gets stuck on a light blue screen. There is a slight noise from the back right hand corner, where the disc drive is. I cannot remember if there is a disc in ther... possibly. It is the old white Mac Book. Desperately hoping she hasn't gone to computer heaven!
Latest update, if it's left running for 5 mins or so, a grey question marks appears, flashes for a couple of mins and then it turns itself off.
