I cant open my itunes app. How do i get it to work?
Every time i open my itunes app on my iphone it just closes out. How can i get it to open?
Have you exited the app completely? Click the home screen twice so you can see all open apps - then slide the app off the screen so it closes. Then re-open it.

You can sync the music videos, but they won't play on your 6G Nano, because it does not support video playback. Sorry.

Try restarting your router by removing power for 30 seconds and then restarting.
On your ipod Touch go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings.
Now attempt to connect.
If you still have problems please give the make/model/version of your router. -

You restore the phone using iTunes. If the code was set after the last time you synced or you do not have access to the computer the phone is synced with, google 'iPhone recovery mode'. You will have to place the phone into recovery mode to restore it.

I can't get Firefox to start up. I've downloaded a new copy several times and keep getting the error message, "A copy of Firefox is already open. Only one copy of Firefox can be open at a time". I do not have Firefox running anywhere.

One iMac, two OSX-accounts and one iTunes Match, how do I get it to work?
I have one iMac to work with and two different User-Accounts for my daily business. I use iTunes-Match and I would like to use it on every User-Account. On the forst Account I already acitvated iTunes-Match succesfully. But on my second User-Account it refuses to work. If I start-up Match in iTunes it compares the files (at least iTunes tells me so) and after that I am back at the beginning, where I shall click "start".
Something doesn´t really work here. Is it because it is impossible to use multiple User-Accounts on a Mac with the same iTunes-ID and iTunes Match? I am not talking about different iTunes-Accounts! I am talking about the same iTunes-Match-Account on two different User-Accounts of Mac OSXThere we go...
On the first user-account iTunes Match is working fine. No problems on that.
What I did on the second User Account:
1. I logg on to the second user account
2. starting iTunes
3. selcting iTunes Match and then "activate"
4. after I enter the corresponding Apple-ID, iTunes Match starts to compare the lokaly saved music with iTunes Match which takes about 10-15mins (Step 1 through Step 3)
5. after that, it shows me the button "finished"
so far so good
If I press the button "Finished" it jumps back to the initial Screen, where it starts over with Step 1
That loop never stops.
So there is something not quite working at all.
Is that better to understand? I don´t think, that screenshots will help at all, as there is now difference to the coorect messages. There are no error messages -

I have 2 touch's that froze when trying to update to the latest ios version. Neither respond to restarting the devices. They are also not recognized in windows or itunes. How do I get these to work. I followed all of the instructions on the apple website and they still don't work. I have verified that I have apple support for mobile devices installed in itunes and my version of itunes is 11.0.1. I am running windows 7 64bit with service pack 1 installed and all of my updates are current. Is anybody else having this problem with their apple devices?

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

You get exclamation marks or dead tracks because iTunes can’t find the file. This can happen for a number of reasons:
The song file or a folder in its path was renamed
The song file or the folder it is in has been moved
The song file has been deleted
The device containing the song files e.g. external drive is not accessible or the drive letter has changed.
If you use an external drive, a change in drive letter is a common cause and you need to change it back.
AS a way of working out what has happened, right click on a track and select the summary tab (you will have to go past an error message). The summary tab will tell you where iTunes thinks the track is located. How does that compare with where the track actually is?
The xml library file is not used by iTunes, it is created to allow other programs to access the library. You can recreate the iTl file from the xml file, but there is no point if the location of the files is wrong.
There is a simple way of getting you music back in iTunes, but it loses all playlists counts and rating. To do this drag iTunes library.itl and iTunes Library.xml to your desktop. Then open iTunes and an empty library is created. Add you iTunes Media folder to it.
If you can't work out what went wrong and how to fix it, you may have to do this. -
When I opened firefox as my browser, I accidentally clicked on it twice, it opened two sessions. I closed one session, but, as it turns out I closed the session that had all of my app tabs, leaving the page that had none of my app tabs.
Now, I cannot get my app tabs back.
I tried doing a session restore to the previous session and that didn't help.
How can I get the correct session, with my app tabs in place, without doing a) a system restore point on the whole computer or b) restarting the computer?On your iPod Touch, open the iTunes app. There should be tab named "purchased", which shows all your purchase history. Choose the "Not on this iPod" tab and you'll get a list of purchased products that are not on your device. Hope this helped.

I know that it can be frustrating when you cannot open iTunes or sign in with your Apple ID. There may be a few different troubleshooting steps I would recommend. I would first recommend that you completely uninstall iTunes and all of its related components in the correct order, however. What the **** does this mean?? this is a new installation of snow leopard and my only account is the system administrator so how the **** do I not have access?? Please help urgently!Each time you connect your iPhone to iTunes, you need to eject it before closing iTunes by clicking on the little "eject" icon shown in iTunes. It seems that sometime in the past, you did not do that.
I'm not sure how to undo the previously done damage, but maybe a reboot of your Mac would help.
