I cant receive my emails

Help, I have changed my ID and email address and now I cant access my email on my iphone!

If you already have an email account set up and you want to modify its settings, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, tap the name of your account, and then your email address. Then tap any information you want to adjust.

    If you are on corporate Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) - contact your BES admin.
    If you are on Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) on your wireless provider - contact your wireless provider technical support to unlock your account and resolve this problem.

  • Cant Receive an Email to Myself

    I have had this problem for some time and am just now thinking I can obtain help from the discussions group. For some reason I am not receiving any ccs or bccs when I write an email. Additionally I cant seem to send an email to myself and receive it in my inbox.
    There is likely an easy solution to these problems but havent figured it out myself.

    ATT is the internet provider and using POP
    Then I would surmise that AT&T has configured their system to not let you receive emails that are from your account, to your account. Many email systems are configured this way. For example, if you sent an email from your Yahoo! account to that same account (even if if it's CC or BCC) it won't even show up as being received by the Yahoo! mail server. Likewise, using Gmail as the example, you can send that same email, and you will see it in the webmail access of Gmail, but it will not be downloaded to a mail client.

    Help please, I cant find a solution to this issue, The problem started a week ago our C drive had 4.75 gb Free I moved the exchange database to a drive that had lots of space.
    then on Friday the problem returned my drive has 3.31 GB free,

    I have 3 emails accounts set on my device and they used to work perfectly. i dont know what happend but now dont work. Ive erased the email and set it back and doesnt work. I fe el that this problemas migth something to do with syncronization or so. Also i send the book service for each accounts and i dont receive it. Every thing estar going wrong with the gmail sync so i decide not have it. If some one can help me I'll be greatfull.

    Gotcha.  Are you able to manage the email accounts from https://movilnet.blackberry.com/ on the computer?  If not, give your carrier a call and ask them to resend your service books.

  • Husband cant receive my emails

    I have a BB 8130, my husband has a rhythm,for some reason I can send an email to everyone but him. Does anyone have a solution? He's the only one I really want to email.

    Usually when an email can't be sent it shows up in the Messages list with a red X next to it.  If you open one of these messages and scroll all the way up to the top, under the "Sent Using:" line will be a line that says "Message Status" which will have the error encountered.
    Usually the message is fairly clear, but if not, let us know what it says, and some other information like are you on a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) or just BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service), and do you have more than one email address being delivered to your BlackBerry?

    Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
    I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
    1) Register HRT
    KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
    2) Resend Service Books
    KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    3) Batt Pull Reboot
    Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
    Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email accounts.
    Occam's Razor nearly always applies when troubleshooting technology issues!

    I cant receive any emails.
    I have sent myself a test email but received an error saying:
    "Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
    [email protected]
    The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly."
    My mailbox is not full as I recently deleted all my emails however on www.icloud.com it says i have 9999+ emails.
    Help would be appreciated.

    I've now emptied the email from the phone and attempted to delete the account but it keeps showing up.  I've tried deleting it and then returning to the settings and then re-entering the mail under settings and the account still shows.  I've repeated attempting to delete the account and then rebooting, and the account still shows.  I've attempted to reenter the information to set up a new account, but it won't allow it as the old account is still there.
    The one thing I've noticed is that it appears that the phone is continually trying to connect/check for mail as the battery is draining at a rate about four or five times normal.
    Thoughts?

    I apologize. I misread your statement.
    The information that I provided about adding the phone number back to the iPad is valid and should work. Now as for the activation of messages, take a look at these support articles for starters. Hopefully, something in one of these will help.

    My Apple ID is set up with my gmail account, and I am not getting ANY verification emails (neither iCloud, nor Apple ID -I tried resetting-).     Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
    Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
    Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.
