I cant recover a purchased item.

i recently downloaded a movie bundle pack. there was a problem with the install, so i deleted all of the files off of my computer and went to download them again. It will only download 2 out of the 3 movies that are in the bundle! what do i do to get this resolved? i was thinking of calling apple and telling them to remove the purchase from my account and just try it again, but im wondering if there is another way to do it.

Audiobooks cannot normally be redownloaded. If the audiobook is no longer on the iPhone and didn't get successfully transferred to your computer, you'll need to go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

How to recover missing purchased items from my old region???

Before 2 months ago I'm tried to change my region in the Apple Store and I was have a problem it I can not change the area until the reset my balance to 0 and it was I have a balance of 0.40 pounds, I contacted with the technical support at Apple and they told me should reset your balance to 0, but the balance was only 0.40 pounds and I can not buy any product because that amount is too little, So they suggested me to reset my balance to I can change my region and I have accepted this and they have already reset my balance to 0 and then was able to successfully change the region .
Now I have another problem which I can't to recover missing purchased items from my old region !!!

You cannot use the iTunes store there any longer just as you can no longer use the food store you used to visit. Unless you can change your country back to the one you used to use you no longer have access to purchases made there which is why it is important you keep backups of all purchases made there.
The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. I have changed my Apple ID, but then I cannot access all the apps and books I purchased in the past with my previous ID? How can I recover my purchased items?

I have changed successfully my Apple ID. But when opening iTune with my new Apple ID, I don't see all the apps and books I purchased before changing the Apple ID. I appreciate if someone would let me know why and how can I access to my purchased items again.

If you are referring to an iDevice, sign out of your new Apple ID and sign back in with your old one - they should all be there.

Purchased items won't load after OS6

After the OS 6 update I cant view my purchased items in the App store on any on my ipads. It just loads and loads but nothing ever appears. Is anyone else having this problem

I have the following in our household:
iPad (original) with iOS 5
iPad 2 with iOS 6
iPad Mini with iOS 6
The original iPad connects to the Purchased section of the App Store. The 2 iPads with iOS 6 both will not load the Purchased section of the App Store. Before the update to iOS 6 on the iPad2, it connected to the Purchased section with no problem.
There is a problem with the Purchased section on the App Store with iOS 6. It is not a server load issue.

Recovering purchased items on a different laptop

my husband's laptop which had the itunes on it crashed. he has to use recovery disks on it which might wipe the hard drive. can i download itunes on my laptop and recover all the purchased items? if so how?

easiest way is install itunes, authorize on itunes store, then plug in any apple device and transfer purchases
of course the action is limited to the items your husband loaded on the device...
music cannot be recovered (ie downloaded again) , you need to have a backup

Are you sure that you have not hidden it ? If you go to you account in AppStore there is an option which says "reveal hidden" and have you try to tash FCPX and then go tu "purchases" you should be able to click install

How do I restore or recover purchased items that have disappeared from my iTunes?

I have a number of purchased items from iTunes that appear in my overall list with an ! (exclamation point) in front of them. They can't be located on the computer. I see them in my purchased list (also with the exclamation point).

Cant use purchased items on new computer with new email address

i bought a new laptop then changed isp from aol to bt then backed up my itunes from old laptop to disc ,tried to put music from discs onto new laptop with new email address and my purchased items are on itunes but cant use them as a message appears saying that i cant play music due to computer not being autherised but when i go to autherise computer in itunes the message your computer is autherised appears ......... please help

I have almost the exact same problem. I have a bunch of music, ringtones, TV shows, movies... stuff that I purchased that I can't authorize. All of these items were purchased with the same account I'm still using now. The difference is that I've changed my email address. I don't have the original email address from when I made those purchases and I'm unable to authorize them. I can see that when I view info on one of these purchases the "Account Name: " has my old email address... not my iTunes or Apple account. So, if I'm authorizing my iTunes using my new email none of these older purchases will work.
I'm really curious how to fix this. I've got quite a few purchases from years back that I'd like access to, but I can't authorize using my new email/iTunes or my old email (the one used for the original purchases).
Take a look at the info and tell me if you see "Account Name:" on one of your purchases. And is that associated to your old email address? There has to be a way to fix this or 'transfer' older purchases, especially if it's all under the same real 'account'.

I do have the same problem too. I don't know recently updated itunes to 11.1 and today I tried to install a free app and this message occurs no matter what I ve tried.
I dont want to perform a master reset to iPhone yet... hope apple will come up with a fix.
