I cant redeem a music by my gift card

i cant redeem a music by my gift card. when i redeem itune store want me to sign in . when i use my apple id i recive a massage that this id is not used in apple store an want me to review .in review process i should import visa card information or other any card that i dont have any . i just have gift card. i tired of this process. plz help me.

Below the cards to chose from, isn't there a field to enter a redeem code?

Check your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If nothing shows then try logging out and back into your account on the computer/device that you are using.
Neither updating your account id and/or password, nor deauthorising your account, nor deleting content from a device or computer's iTunes library will affect your balance

Assuming you sync with iTunes then there will be a backup maintained by iTunes. Just sync the iPhone with iTunes to transfer everything from the backup to the phone.

Your best bet would be to contact iTunes Support again. Also, make sure there wasn't an attachment to the email? But if there was not, contact them again and tell them you need to either have the form sent to you or you need to know where you can find it. Here's the link:

Redeeming a U.S iTunes gift card using a UK based iTunes account

I have been given a gift card from a friend in the USA. The gift card is for US$50.00 but on the back it says only for use in U.S iTunes store. Does this mean I can login to my UK iTunes store then click "Change Country", and use the US iTunes store to redeem my gift card? If so, do I have to set up another iTunes account to be able to redeem the funds in USDollars? Or can it be swapped for a gift card in GBP ? Any help would be much appreciated. Happy New Year ! J

Evidently no way to use it. I contacted customer service and they were very nice about it, but they are not set up to exchange gift cards from different countries or to allow you to use the equivalent in your home country. They told me to either return it to the store who sold it or sell it.
I'm a bit surprised that Apple, as big as it is, can't handle accepting funds and crediting accounts. This seems to be a common problem with a simple answer.

What does "it won't let me mean"? It's much more helpful if you actually tell us what is happening when you try to use the card.
Did you redeem the card properly in the App Store or in iTunes - at the bottom of the screen in the main tab of either app?

I cant buy anything with my £15 gift card.

I've just brought an Itunes £15 gift card. i have activated the reedem etc and it clearly says £15 by my email address. But when i clicked "buy" to purchase a song, it takes me the "vertification is reguired" where you put your ID password in and then it goes to a billing page for credit cards :S im only trying to buy a song, and it does this for everything. Please HELP!!

Go into the Payment information in your account and set the payment method to "none" if it's not set that way already. That should stop the regular requirements for verification. If it doesn't, though, and still asks every time - one of my accounts does - you should just be able to click through the buttons without problems. If it's really irritating (I don't buy much via that problem account so it's not an issue for me), contact the iTunes Store and see if they can help you with the problem:
