I cant register me email

Hello, When I wnat to configure my email it gives me the error of "Actualizacion error".
The account email end with @estudiocontablemc.com and the provider of my email is one.com
The provider tells me that I have to use this configuration but my BB9300 doesn´t give me the option for putting this configuration, can anyone give me I hand with this problem??
For incoming server (IMAP) enter imap.one.com.
IMAP port: 993
For outgoing server (SMTP) enter send.one.com
SMTP port: 587
Use Authentication: Yes
Use SSL/TLS/STARTTLS: Yes
I tried to use the verification page but when I put the email automatically ask me for the port number of imap.estudiocontablemc.com, and doesn´t give me the option of putting imap.one.com
I hope you know how to give the solution for this problem!!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
If the standard wizard does not configure correctly, you have to use the advanced integration method. Refer:

KB10154 How to integrate a POP or IMAP email account through advanced integration
You likely will not be able to use the providers SMTP server for outbound...BIS uses it's own outbound SMTP servers in nearly all cases.

    I have a curve that was connected to T MOBILE ive since left T MOBILE and moved to VODAPHONE. When ive gone to register for email etc it says this device has already been registered. So i called T MOBILE to unregister it at blackberry.com but they wont as i'm no longer a T MOBILE customer and tbh really dont have a clue what i'm tlaking about and really wont help me cos i'm no longer a T MOBILE customer.
    I now cant use email on my blackberry as i cant re-register it. Blackberry really need to make it easier to register and unregister a device when you change networks.

    Blackberry.com does not hold your account, Tmobile does.
    Try this instead... call the support, and explain to them, again politely, that you recently purchased the device used, and you need to place it on your network now, and that your seller forgot to unregister the PIN so that you can use it. 
    Honestly, this question occurs on this forum multiple times daily here, it is common.  You just need a kinder and gentler customer service rep with TMO.

  • Cant register email on new BB

    Hey All
    wonder if yu could help me. I've just got a new BB( Curve 8520 on O2 pay & go) and I cant register my email address to my new device. Below is some of the things that have happened thus far too help illiminate what ISNT the problem....
    ....  OLD DEVICE - worked fine got push emails bbim etc etc  Curve 8700 - yh seriously ancient with a jog wheel and everything but its a rugged thing lol)
    NEW DEVICE: - when 1st went to register email it advised that the email was already registered to a BB and asked if I wanted to move it - said yes and gt message saying that the old device had been deactivated and no further emails would be sent to it. Everytime I tried it said "problem connecting to the application server please try again"  I went to the O2 store and they tried then decided it was my SIM card as I've been with them for ages and gave me a new 1. Personally I dont go for this as all my push apps worked just fine on my old device with my old SIM. The new SIM is now up & running but when I try I get "Update Failed" after I enter my email address and password.
    OTHER INFO: I've managed to download, install & connect to msn messenger. When I try to do FaceBook it fails to authenticate when I go to download the app. I use a hotmail.COM address although based in the UK but I've had the addy for about 15 years and as I've mentioned it worked just fine on my old BB. Its NOT a password issue( also haven't changed that in ages) as I've tested the device by entering stupid stuff in the password field and it knows that thats the incorrect password. I can access the internet fine. I've logged into my actual email account on my lappy and there's nothing wrong with my hotmail account itself.
    Soooo hpoefully I've narrowed it down enough for one of y'all to be able to say "ahh yeah just do this" so I can actually have a BB that works again  and you'll also be saving the lives of the people in the O2 store aswell as I intened 2 exact great vegence on them for being useless

    It's actually a pity that you've proceeded as far as you have. There is a handy Device Switch Wizard that would have facilitated the entire process for you, but from where you are it's too late to try that.
    Given what you have said, there seems to be something wrong at the carrier end. You really have to continue to work with them to get it resolved, escalating through them all the way into RIM if necessary. They have the power to do that, btw...you have no free method to seek support from RIM.

    If the card is valid and is for the country you are located contact iTunes. The payment method (like card billing address) has to be associated with the country you are located and you must use that country's iTunes and App store.

    Try to unsign and sign in again.
    For FaceTime and iMessage chosse to use your email address instead of your mobile number.
    Go to Settings>>Message>>Send&Receive and set your email address.
    If it is still not working, unsign your Apple ID and select your mobile number ("+" "country code" "mobile number").
    Also check in: Settings>>Message if you turned on iMessage before. Here, turn off "Show Subject Field".
    Did you turn on iCloud as well?

    Workstations working in Windows 8.1 OS cant register to DNS with warning:
    The system failed to register host (A or AAAA) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
    with settings:

               Primary Domain Suffix : ....................................
               DNS server list :
               Sent update to server : <?>
               IP Address(es) :
    The reason the system could not register these RRs was because the DNS server contacted refused the update request. The reasons for this might be (a) you are not allowed to update the specified DNS domain name, or (b) because the DNS server authoritative for
    this name does not support the DNS dynamic update protocol.
    To register the DNS host (A or AAAA) resource records using the specific DNS domain name and IP addresses for this adapter, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator.

    Your credit card info, billing address must be the same country as the iTunes store country you registering.
    For example, you can’t have a credit card from a U.S. bank with  a U.S. billing address registered in the iTunes store for China.
    I tried to change my payment information too, but it happened the same, I can change the information but when I get to the state part, it only shows the other country states
    Remove all payment info and save it.
    Then change the iTunes store country to U.S., add a U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address.
    As previously suggested, if this does not work, contact iTunes store support.

    To get reid of the Restrictions passcoe you have to restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod.  You should do that anyway since the apps and music (if any) on the iPod do not belong to you.  They did not transfer with the purchase of the iPod hardware.

    There is something wrong in your settings. As the settings for each email provider are different you need to check your email server's web site for instructions. Most now have specific instructions for the iPhone. Also see Apple's instructions: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1385

And the offer on www.noproblemguarantee.com is supposed to be valid for residents in Czech rep,Estonia,Hungary,Latvia,Lithuania,Poland and Slovakia - as it stands in the leaflet we got in the box with laptop. We got both leaflets - also for www.nomatterwhatguarantee.com for the countries stated above. So I guess the offers are on the same level...
