I cant remember any of my itunes log ins

Question

I set up an iTunes account and my fathers iPod a year ago and he has changed laptop and i can remember any of his log ins i have tried the emails address i though i set the account and £25 gift card to but can not get logged in or reset the password. if there anyway to get this information from the ipod shuffle? please
