Hi, i have question about rent or buy a film. I cant rent or buy a film from itunes store on my ipad. Because rent or buy buttons are not active so i cant touch them. Does anyone can help me how can i fix that problem?

I take it you are in the French iTunes Store? You need to sign into your store:
Change iTunes Store Country on an iDevice
1. Tap Settings;
2. Tap iTunes & App Stores;
3. Tap View Apple ID;
4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;
6. Tap Change Country/Region;
7. Select the region where you will be located;
8. Tap Done.

HT1498 The 'Cast and Crew' credits when renting and buying movies

The 'Cast and Crew' credits when renting and buying movies only shows the Director, Actors and Producers... Surely there should be a fuller credit list? At least the heads of each department?

If the films aren't including all the credits then that is because the studios aren't including them in the film's file that they pass to Apple. You can try leaving feedback for Apple, but ultimately it's the studios that will have to provide the info in their films : http://www.apple.com/feedback/

Sort by rent vs. buy

Is there a way within iTunes to sort the movies and TV shows depending on whether you can rent vs. buy them? Many of the movies that I'd like to view are buy only and I can only find out after I pull up the movie detail.

Click on this link and it should open iTunes and give you a search screen in it (I don't know if/how you can access the screen directly within iTunes) : itms://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZSearch.woa/wa/advancedSearch
On that search screen you can select Films/Movies on the left-hand side of the screen (instead of 'All Results'), and then on the next screen tick the 'search films that acre available for rental' tick box and then click 'search'

Can I buy a film and watch it on my apple tv?

I have a new apple tv, my iMac is broke so can I buy or hire a film from iTunes on my apple tv and watch it on my apple tv without streaming from my dead iMac which is dead! Also where is the film kept, is it just streamed to my apple tv from iTunes or does it have some memory to store a film? I am clueless as you can see but I don't want to buy a film and not be able to watch it. Also can I watch it on my iPad as well?

You cannot purchase movies on the Apple TV 2. You can rent a movie and it will stream from the iTunes store. The Apple TV 2 has a small amount of volotile memory so the movie will stay there until you do something else or turn it off, but you can redownload it to watch it again if you wish within your rental period.
Without a computer (which lets you rent a movie and allows you to transfer it to any other device) you cannot watch a rental on your iPad, if you rented from the Apple TV.

Greyed out rent and buy buttons on itunes - using iPad2

Seeking the collective wisdom.
I am unable to rent or buy videos from itunes on my iPad2. The "buy it" and rent it" buttons are greyed out.
The only feasible explantion so far would have been if there were restrictions on but I have checked and the restrictions are turned off
It may not be related but I purchased a series of TV shows from iTunes on my iPad and although they are showing as purchased and downloaded, they do not appear in my video app library
I have synced the iPad with my PC and can watch the TV series on iTunes there but not on my iPad.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Your parental controls are likely restricting you: Settings>General>Restrictions, then toggle to "ALL" on shows/movies etc

You can only buy content from your own country's store - to be able to buy from the German store you need a valid German billing address and be in Germany when buying from it. You can try requesting that the film be added to the Austrian store, but ultimately it's the film studio that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Can't rent or buy movies from iTunes

I am completely frustrated and angry about how iTunes is supposed to rent or allow purchase of movies. I have not had one movie rental out of several tries that went successfully without having to contact Customer Service and complain. I purchased "Looper" & watched it on my iTV over the holidays, and now it cannot be played on either my Mac Mini or loaded to my iPhone 5.
The movie appears in my iTunes Movie library on my Mac Mini. When I tried dragging it to my iPhone, I got a strange error message that the movie was still "in the cloud" and wasn't available until I download it. I can't see any way to accomplish this. Once I tried moving it the first time to my iPhone, it now won't let me move it again at all.
If I go to the movie on iTunes from my iPhone, I see a "Download" button but the movie won't download since it's > 50 MB. When I go to iTunes from my Mac Mini, it only offers me the choices to rent or buy the movie again.
Just incredibly frustrating. I definitely DO NO RECOMMEND anyone trying to rent or buy movies from iTunes!!!

Answers can only be as helpful as the details provided, and none have been given here. What did you do to try to buy or rent something? What happened when you tried? Did you get an error? If so what was it. Just posting "did not work" is not going to get you very far.

Flex View Online, Try to Rent or Buy movie or tv show, get error message

When I click rent or buy and then click purchase, the screen changes to a loading symbol. And then switches to a message about being unable to process the transaction at this time, telling me to please try again later.
About a month ago I ordered several episodes of a TV show. But the charge was never posted to my verizon account. I think that may be why it is not authorizing any new transactions.
Any suggestions?

There are no movies or TV shows in the Romanian iTunes Store.

On oct 14, I couldn't rent or buy or download already purchased movies on Apple Tv

On October 14th, I could not rent or buy (or download pre-purchased) movies on Apple Tv. I was able to directly on my MacBook but not through wireless using the apple TV function. It would bring up the movie, play a preview, allow the "rent" function..appear to download for 2 seconds then return to the previous menu without downloading anything. This was not happening at 3 pm but after 6 pm and continuing into October 15th. Location- Toronto.

I talked with senior Apple support tech staff today. The bottom line is they have acknowledged that the issues assocated with accessing, renting, or pruchasing video content via the Apple TV hardware is a software specific problem associated with the Apple TV box - a software glitch.
They are working on a software update to rectify the problem(s). In the near future (I was told this could be within 24 hours to a few days) you may be prompted for a software update when you turn on your Apply TV. Download the software update and then test to see if you can access, pruchase or rent video content. If the software update does not work, post on this thread. They said they would give me a call after the update is available and also stated they wanted to hear if the update does not work.

I'm in Spain and I cant send a buyed book from Aperture 3 to Sweden or Germany. One year ago I did it from iPhoto and all were perfect. Does anybody knows why is not possible from Aperture?
